[Resolved]  Razorpay — Refund Delay Too Much

Address:1st Floor, SJR Cyber, 22, Laskar Hosur Road, Adugodi, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560030

I have ordered for online service but the merchant was unable to provide the service and they honestly proceeded the refund but in between there was razorpay and more than 10 days over they are not sending my money in my bank account i have also confirmed from my bank and they said that payment not came yet but razorpay is telling lie that the refund is processed and it may take more 11 days to reflect in your account. I urgently need money and they are telling lies please help me.

We cannot contact them directly this is the huge issue

Ive had my lawyer send them a notice. Even my refund was processed on 10th dec and on mail they asked me to wait till 23rd December.
