I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of response and action from your team regarding my refund request for the Razorpay business registration service.
On 5th March I made the decision to register one of our businesses through Razorpay and proceeded with the payment for the registration. However, within a span of just four days, circumstances changed, and we had to abort the registration process as we opted for a different registration route.
Understanding the situation, I promptly initiated a refund request through your platform, providing all necessary details and reasons for the cancellation. Despite numerous attempts to follow up on the status of my refund, I have not received any response from Razorpay executives or the legal team.
This level o[censored]nresponsiveness is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain standard of service and communication, which unfortunately I have not received in this case. It is concerning that my attempts to reach out and resolve this matter have been met with silence.
