[Resolved]  Razorpay — Refund issue

I got a mail on 4th August, 2020 from vendor Fittr that they refunded my money amounted Rs.8131 but till today amount is not credited to my bankaccount.I contacted with both vendor and bank but both are not helping properly to solve this problem.

Razor Pay refund id is - Idrfnd_FMZZkDm2Dsa4la
I am attaching documents which is provided by Fittr.

We checked our logs for the refund: rfnd_FMZZkDm2Dsa4la and we confirm that the refund has been successfully processed on 4th Aug, 2020. You should have received the refunds credit in your account within 7-10 working days. If you have not received the credit by now, kindly get in touch with your issuing bank.
