[Resolved] Razorpay — Refund my money 500

Feb 14, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Razorpay customer support is pathetic.They were just replying same thing again & again without understanding.I don't know whether ₹500 came automatically in my bank account or Razorpay got scared & decided to refund finally. Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 08, 2022 Updated by RachnaSingh73 Razorpay responding that they haven't received the money but by telling them to check by Upi transaction id they're saying ok payment is done but they haven't refunded yet. Feb 08, 2022 Updated by RachnaSingh73 Razorpay said that debited money will credit back to my acc in 7 days but till now I haven't received my ₹500. Please help me!
