[Resolved]  Razorpay — refund not got

I have booked two irctc ticket from madgaon to londa for date 04.11.18 from razorpay. Same tickets were cancelled due to ticket not confirmed and wait listed even after char preparation. Irctc refunded amount 160. But still i have not got refund.
Please sort out the problem as early as possible and refund amount quickly to my account.

We checked the transaction ID: 100001524659410 and see that the transaction was unsuccessful. Rest assured, you will get a refund in 7 - 10 working days. Please note that you can also track the status of your transaction on https://razorpay.com/support/.
