[Resolved]  Razorpay — Refund not initiated for a cancelled order

I ordered for a product on March 17, 2021 but the merchant cancelled the order on the same day ie. March 17, 2021.

Merchant tried to refund but is unable to refund since Razorpay is holding the amount.

This is completely unacceptable from a known payment gateway such as Razorpay

I have contacted Razorpay customer support on March 19, 2021

till now, no resolution or action is taken from Razorpay.

there is zero action from razorpay side since few days.

the delay is caused only by Razorpay intentionally.

I want the refund to be proceeded immediately
