Razorpay — Refund not received yet

I placed an order for Nokia 3310 @VLE BAZAAR PRIVATELY LIMITED on 26th January and made the payment via Razorpay. My order ID is 1356410. I received a wrong item on Jan 31st and returned the same on 2nd Feb. I didn't receive any refund from the company yet. I checked with them many times and even created a ticket. But no response from their side. I feel like VLE BAZAAR is a fraud company. I need help from you and need a refund of the money i paid through you.
