Hi razorpay,

Irctc refund status

I had made payment for booking irctc ticket through razorpay on 24.07.2018 transaction id [protected]-
Amount rs.570/- and[protected] - amount rs.570/-.

I cancelled ticket due to some personal reason and irctc refunded the ticket amount to razorpay on 24.08.2018 irctc transaction id - rfnd_apiloaxbrogmzf, an amount of rs. 330/- and irctc transaction id - rfnd_apjf1itbqg4grv, an amount of rs. 330/-.

I would like to know my irctc refund status for above case.

I have attached the booked tickets mails, cancelled confirmation mails and amount refund mails for you reference.

If you need further information, pls let me know.

I booked irctc ticket from irctc app ticket not booked but amount deducate to my account i dont recive my refund bank refrence id is [protected] please solve it..

We checked the transaction: 200000481337662 and see that a refund was successfully processed on: 12th Sep, 2018. If you have not received a credit yet, we would advice you to contact your issuing bank and dispute the transaction. Please refer to our dispute guide here: https://razorpay.com/dispute-guide/.
