[Resolved] Razorpay — refund status | |
I have booked a flight ticket via ixixgo on sastiticket and razorpay payment gateway on 24th october. However the booking was not successful and the amount got deducted from my bank account. When i tried contacting razorpay via grievance there was no satisfactory reply from them with the correct refund id or the status of it. Their customer care no never gets connected for the entire day always saying that they are experiencing high traffic. I just want to know the status of my refund. Was this information helpful? | |
