Razorpay — Refund the amount.

Hi,
I was watching video regarding Sensibull application on Abhishek Kar YouTube channel.
I found its a really good application which I can use for trading and hence I opt 2999/- membership (3 months plan with one month extra) and paid via razorpay link which was provided there. on 04 Jan 2022.
Two- three days before my payments were declined but finally its gone through on 04 Jan 2022.
Payment was deducted from my bank account but was not reflected on sensibull payment details.
So I don’t know what happened.
Here I have attached payment receipt which I got from by banking application.
I don’t know why it was showing AIRTEL in payee name when payment was successful. Because before it was showing SENSIBULL when my payments were failed. SO guess payment is done to wrong payee name.
Please reverse the amount and help me.

The payment was done from UPI id by scanning the barcode - My UPI ID is [protected]@sib
