I had an online transaction worth rupees 13, 193/- via google pay on 3rd of august 2022 to a website called hunyhuny but unfortunately the payment was unsuccessful & the order wasn’t placed . The said amount wAs debited from my bank account and it was shown as successful transaction as i reviewed the bank statement . But not credited in seller’s account . I have also raised a complaint in my bank against unsuccessful payment and they had informed me via call that beneficiary bank has not responded so far.
Its been 19 days since the beneficiary bank has viewed my complaint and not responded yet.Today i was informed by huny huny that the payment gateway(Razor pay) has already initiated the refund the very next day i.e 4th august itself. Was this information helpful? |
