Razorpay — Require refund money

Address:Nsl Textiles , Staff Qurters, Guntur Nsl textiles

Sir
I transferred money by using Razoray Pvt Ltd on 03-12-20 . Rs 13143.02 . There is network problem on that payment cancelled . But not received to my account .
Plz check and solve this problem
