Razorpay — Rs 375/Paid Online through SBI for fastag

With reference to the above subject, on 24/03/2021 paid, I discussed today Mr Manish Kumar regards my Fastag. He is asking some bank password for refund the amount.lt is not a reliable direction.
So I insisted to refund the amount through google pay via My mobile no.[protected]
Please take necessary action immediately to refund the amount.
I enclosed herewith bank statement for your reference
