Hi I have using Razor Pay from 2021 to till date for my business, but recently Razor Pay has stopped doing settlement from 2 weeks and asking us to share the details of customers. after submitting the details these people aren't submitting the settlements and the customer success team really sucks as hell. Without having proper knowledge about their own product they have hired people for customer support. They just put the call on hold for 55 minutes as the senior manager was busy. they dont do a call back or mail the details
