[Resolved]  Razorpay — Settlement on hold and not released

I imran shaikh merchant hereby inform you that my payment captured by razorpay on 17th august 2020 of rs.100000. But settlement kept on hold. Even after contacting nobody responded on email. As informed customer care is not working due to covid which is not bearable.
I need my money immediately as i have to pay my debts.
So i request razorpay to release my payment immediately.
