[Resolved] Razorpay — Settlement on hold | |
We took the merchant subscription from razorpay on Jan'20, everything was going fine, we started putting all our transaction on razorpay, somehow till feb'21 it all was working fine. Suddenly, one day the put the account settlement on hold, they even don't bothered us to inform us, till the time we contacted them. We have holded with settlement of 1 Cr approx., we submitted all the document required but after that also no repsonse. There customer care not working, only way to contact is chat service. We tried multiple times to connect on chat, but they also come up with standard answer "Team is working on it, will respond earliest" but never we got the response. Somhow, after 4 days they disabled us to use chat service and generate ticket. I don't what idoitic things they are doing, NEVER responded well so far and seems like they are willing to digest our settlement . I doubt this is how they are making there company valuation.
