Razorpay — Settlement on hold

I got mail that your settlement is on hold from razorpay on 24th august 2021

they asked me to clarify some points and told resolution time will be 2 working days, I have replied them same day with all my points. but nothing happen till Friday evening.

same mail I got from them yesterday evening and asked same clarifications again which I already replied on 24th august 2021 mail.

still my account is in hold for settlement, I use chat support system everyday but same answers they are giving. no customer care number is working
I am requesting them in chat that please call me so I can explain all things better, they are giving same answer but not getting call from them even.

now how can I pay amount to my vendor ?

now razorpay is telling change company policy as per that template in chat support why I change my company policy as per your guideline?
