Razorpay — Settlement pending for long time

I, Mr. Saurabh Verma running a jewellery firm SAURABH GAURAV JEWELLERS AND BANKERS at the permanent address Near Panchayati Kua, Bada Bazaar, Sahawar, District-Kasganj, State- Uttar Pradesh. I successfully captured two payments via your platform Razorpay, one is for Rs 25400 and the second is for Rs 50000 on the respective dates 15 April 2021, 03 September 2021.But still i'm waiting for the amount to get credited, I contacted you earlier via email which in response i didn't receive any affirmative answer from your end.
Kindly please look into the matter immediately and do the needful actions required for the same.
