Razorpay — Settlements are on hold without any genuine reason. | |||
I am a merchant at razorpay since last few months, initially all my settlements were done in time, I recently was conducting an event and i got my registration through it. I collected around 83000 which is still on hold, apart from that an amount of rs 14000 is kept on hold since last 2 months. Everytime I contact the support team, I am given this surety that the concern team is working on it, i raised a ticket 7 days back but there is no response from the concern team yet.
