[Resolved]  Razorpay — Settlements put on Hold

28, 000.00₹ - Settlements are on hold by Razorpay company.

I am a freelancer. I provide Digital marketing services to my clients.
I am taking payment in advance from clients using Razorpay Payment gateway as my brother asked me to sign up as they were giving credits worth 1 lakh for free.

Now they have put my payment on Hold and forcefully asking for invoices.

Their Customer Care number does not connect and Email replies are also late and they always reply the same thing every time.
