For purchasing one feeding gown from nbirth worth rs.999/- by applying coupon code qptefn28 on dated 1 st july 2020 shipping charges rs.299/- twice debited from my account for one item purchase.
Transcation details:
Razorpay sft pvt ltd noda[protected]igaiwobta0 for rs.299/- on dated-01/07/2020
&
Razorpay sft pvt ltd noda[protected]igaiwocbu5 for rs.299/- on dated 01/07/2020
Request for refunding the one time shipping charges rs.299/- as early as possible.

Sir...already 25 days past but still my money not refunded & neither the problem resolve...please look at the earliest to my complain ..& also give me status of my request over mail that what progress is going on at your end.
Otherwise I will move to other platform like Digital ombudsman..
