Dear sir/madam,
I have placed an order of a product from https://royaloakindia.com on 07 June 2022 of Rs.13999.52 using Gpay by scanning the QR code from the website's payment gateway and the Payment gateway was Razorpay, the amount was debited successfully from the bank but the order didn't get placed.
I have reached out to royaloakindia customer care multiple times, they claim that they haven't received the payment and hence the order is not confirmed.
Kindly look into the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.
