[Resolved]  Razorpay — taking payment on behalf of fraud companies

Order no #hf1179 dated 21.03.2020 time 9.11 a. M, payment of rs. 4, 549/- was made against purchase of sanitizers namely, clean q 500ml * 1 (10pcs) to online portal namely healthyfactory and the payment was made through a trusted portal razorpay.
A thorough mail was sent to razorpay and a ticket was raised having ticket reference request #2790916. But the company has stated that they are the only payment gateway and not been able to contact wit the merchant. But this left me with many questions which i have asked them too?
1. On what basis payment gateway collect money for the fraud vendors by using there online platform?
2. Does payment gateway such as razorpay has no liability for such transactions?
3. What is the agreement between online portals and payment gateway?
4. How can payment gateway deny its liability after doing a fraud?

There are number of cases in india where buyers have been cheated by such online sites and payment gateways. They are working together and cheating the people of this country. If the proper investigation is not made than huge number of people may suffer in the near future.
