Razorpay — Thepetcare.in says they have refunded the amount of Rs.1800 through razor pay but still not received

We ordered 6.5 kgs of Drool Dog Food from the website and paid Ra.1840.80 through netbanking on razorpay on Sept 9th 2021 from ThePetCare.in (tel:[protected]). Till sept 16th there was no revert made and when enquires were made the owner got very defensive and aggressive.

A week later, still no shipment and when asked about it, they replied saying the would refund 2 days later. They keep sending mails saying refunded back through razorpay but no identification number given or refund reference number.

I wonder if they are scam artists operating, stealing money from people and blaming it on razorpay.

I would like y'all to help settle this matter as ThePetCare is pasing the blame on to RazorPay. Please help us get a refund of our money of Rs.1840.80 and if possible to bring these defrauders to justice.
