No logic or reasoning is applied here, we have given this person who has not come thru a not known source but random who did not have cash available & asked if a payment can be made by credit card, which we offered as courtesy & humanity, how do you accept a claim, decide, on your own & pass a judgment to threaten me that you will debit my account. Suppose If I am running a retail store a person pays me by card coz he does not have cash & after 2 months says he did not receive any goods or service is this logical ???? How can razor pay entertain a claim from the payment company after 2 months of the transaction has razor pay validated it & how ? where is the official mail of the person & his payment bank claiming the same??? I say I have given a car for this person for one week to travel in the state of Gujarat when he was in India, wherein he himself has sent me a acknowledged copy of payment link I sent to him when I created the payment link on razor pay that it was meant for car service from palitana to surat [ copy of his message to me that he has made payment for this service is attached in this mail, it is very clear that he made a payment for a service which he has utilized coz he is not a known source or customer whom I will give service without payment nor he who would just make a payment to my co if he 1. Does not know me 2. Unless this is a fraudulent transaction, the very fact he has made a payment to a link created on razor pay is proof enough that he is making payment for a service required by him & rendered by us. Here are screen shots of the correspondence between that person & us, 1. we sent him a link for making a payment, 2. he makes the payment & sends us copy that payment is made. This closes the matter once & for all & any debit to my account in this matter will be dealt with severely with all legal channels & options as well as social media publicity how Razorpay works arbitrarily & is harassing me without even listening to me, I also demand official mail received by you from the bank, card company & the person who is making this claim so that I can file a defamatory case in the USA for false allegations along with you for accepting the claim 7 without knowing my side threating me to debit my account. Jun 20, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved in spite of mail a provided by user Mr daftary who is a USA citizen, razaor pay has been writing again & again & again asking for paper proof from me, whereas they have not provided any email from the customer or his card co in USA JP Morgan Chase that the customer has any charge back filed with his card co towards the service he availed when he was in India in jan 2020,

We have received Pre-Arbitration Chargeback(s) (2nd level escalation) for the payment(s) mentioned above. The payment(s) have been disputed by cardholder(s) for the second time under the same chargeback reason.
You may contact the cardholder to resolve this issue. In case the cardholder confirms that the issue has been resolved, please request an email confirmation which can be represented to defend this case. The email confirmation from the cardholder would be the best resolution to these cases. Alternatively, you could share any other proof apart from the ones shared before which clearly show that the services have been provided to the cardholder.
We request you to update us within the deadline.
Note: If the documents are rejected in Pre-Arbitration as well and Arbitration Chargeback is received, the complete liability of the payment/transaction and Arbitration fee that may be imposed by the card networks (Visa/Mastercard) will be passed on to you and an immediate debit will be made to your account.
Our clarification to the above mail was customers reply to us copied to you & a direct mail to you that he agrees that he availed of services this mail is sent to you already as highlighted below in yellow still you are dragging on & on & on as if the only work left with you.
