[Resolved]  Razorpay — ticket not booked but amount deducted

I tried to book ticket using irctc rail connect app from tambaram to kulitalai. I opted for upi payment of rs 385. The money has deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked. I attach screenshot of the payment made. So please kindly look into the issue. Because of you i am unable travel on the planned day. So in future try make your system more reliable.
