[Resolved] Razorpay — ticket not booked but payment is debit in bank

Hi,
On 03th july 2019, i tried booking ticket from irctc making payment using google pay.
My money got deducted but ticket was not booked. I raised complaint with irctc, they say transaction was not successful.

I can check in google pay, that transaction is successful toward razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank

Kindly look into it.

I am Ravi, i was booked train ticket through Rozarpay on dated :- 04.07.2019 but amount is debited from my bank account and ticket not booked. Please do the needful.
