Razorpay — Transaction failed and payment deducted with no transaction details generated

Hi,
I have an issue with regards to the payment I have made towards mpenagarpalika.
I have made a payment of Rs. 1560 through RazorPay which was deducted from my account but I received a failure message on the screen. The transaction was made on[protected]. My details are as follows-
Mobile - [protected]
Email- snehal.[protected]@gmail.com

Please note that there was no transaction id I have with me as it was not generated or shared with me. I have the time when it took place- around 10:45 AM.

For reference I am sharing the transaction reference number from icici bank which is seen in the statement-

Ref- [protected]
Transaction name- RAZ*THE COMMISSIONER UR, Bhopal, IN

Please let me know if further details are required.
Kindly check and let me know the status of the transaction or refund as applicable.
