I was recently sent a series of messages (screenshot attached) by Razorpay which were positioned as a click-bait. I don't owe Bajaj Finserv anything. So, why is Razorpay sending me a message which is positioned as if I need to pay Bajaj Finserv? I'm not only sent the original message but also a reminder which looks as if I am missing an EMI or an outstanding payment. This is exactly the kind of malpractice we're warned against to avoid fraud. Why is the company following such practice
