Whoever it may concern,
I am writing this complaint so people can understand how bad their customer support is so they can choose an alternate for PG or Payout needs.
I use both payment gateway and payouts from razorpay and provide them near to 30 crores of business a month.
Whenever I have a technical issue or any kind of query regarding their portal being down or transactions not going through, I have to raise a ticket on their portal and wait for 10-15 days to get a response (if I am lucky). Can you imagine your payment gateway being down for almost a month because I literally have nobody to raise the issue to? Or escalate if my so called accounts manager to treating me like dirt?
My assigned accounts manager acts like she actually pays me salary every month so I am actually Lucky if i get a response from her.
Totally totally does not care about their customers. If a corporate user is treated this way I am getting afraid thinking about how they treat the normal consumers.
I am migrating to a different provider. Everyone, please stay away from razorpay if you want peace of mind 👍
