Hi i am aakash gupta from noida. One guy name mukesh came in my company and ask me that he will help me in getting credit card or personal loan, i agreed and try to get personal loan with him. He asked me to submit all the documents and after 2 days he ask me that the backend team want rs 2000 to approve the loan, i transfer the money and now 2 months passed he is not helping me in loan and not returning my amount. I have all the proofs. So i request you to please take action against it.

      My self ajay rohilla (Laxminagar, new delhi) i have applied for rbl credit card. Rbl executive mr. Neeraj ([protected]) taken all my documents but after days rbl bank said we need your pencil impression on blank paper. I just asked him drop the mail for that. But no reply from the rbl. I got the call from mr. Pardeep ([protected]) regarding the credit card i have submit all the doucments then he said you have not passport or uid card i have given them all now they said you don't have documents so that's why we need finger pencil impression on blank paper. I have given them my local resdident bill (Credit card) also. One of the senior from rbl bank also asked me the same thing i also asked him drop the mail but no reply. It's feel like cheating.

        Hi sir/ madam,
        Today i have received call from rbl executive sachin tawade (Mob. No.[protected]) multiple times on my mobile number. He was asking me that i have made payment or not. I told him i have made payment on 16th aug 2017 but he was saying payment not updated in rbl account and blame on me that i am lying and used abused language with me. He don't have manners to talk with customer and using local roadchap language with customer.
        He is not listening me and keep trying to call me continuously. This is really frustrating. I cannot expect such behaviour from rbl executive. I told him i will complaint his but he told that i don't care about this. This is not acceptable at all and cannot be tolerate.

        I request you to take strict action against him and warn that they cannot behave like this with any customer. This is spoiling rbl bank reputation.

          I got a call from rbl bank exacutive he told me as we can see you have applied for rbl bank credit card but due to some issue it's was not approved now we have pre approved card for you. Please submit your documents for the same i agreed on that as it's pre approved but i got a msg or rejection after submitting documents i have credit cards from sbi axis and hdfc all of them with 1l limit

            I submitted my kyc documents to bajaj finserv representative after completion of their application formalities more than a month back for co-brand card and bajaj finserv representative told me that i will get your bajaj rbl bank co brand card within 21 days but still i don't received any update on this.

            This is really disappointing service and i have contacted to [protected]@rblbank.com but they said that this will be taken care by bajaj finserv team so writing you this post to you before taking forward with consumer board (Govt of india) and mouthshut

            Is this the way you are treating your customer?

            Now 31 days past and bajaj finserv is promising that you will get combined platinum super card from bajafinserv and rbl bank within 21 days then why you need 31 days to act on application number bflc[protected]. Your representative taken all my necessary documents aadhar card, pan card copies month back and you send acknowledgement mail that is in trail mail and promised that you will get your combined platinum super card from bajafinserv and rbl bank within 21 days. So what is the value of bajaj finserv commitment to customer?

            On tuesday, 27th june 2017 at 5:24 pm your bajafinserv customer care officer priyanka told that super card is gone for embossing purpose but no further status after this and asked me to call rbl customer care for further status. When i called to rbl they said they don't have the status and only bajafinserv would be in position to help you. Even if you see the previous mail in below trail mail they had clearly written that wecare team will help you if you write but wecare team is showing very careless behavior that they even not thinking to reply customer at least on the mail.

              Dont open rbl account, i[censored] opened then any issue comes no one will help u. Guntur branch in andhra pradesh is one of the best worst branch for the 100 years. I am opened this account 1.7 year back from that day they said we will provide credit card but they didnot provide from that day i am asking asking asking then recently one the employee said if you open hdfc life insurance we will provide credit card last at november i opened hdfc life insurance but upto now i did not get any credit card they said wrong commitment. And now charges are debiting from my account. So that i cleared all debits and asked to close the account. They are saying now i[censored] close or continue policy then only we can close policy it is in ecs mode change that first said. Then i called to hdfc they said it is already in lapsed mode ecs mode deactivated but guntur branch in andhra pradeshsaying it is a link account with hdfc policy we have get mail from hdfc policy like this all stories saying saying saying every time some different story. I am unable to close my account also. To whom i have give complaint to get the solution.

                I am very disappointed with these rbl people in hyderabad. They called me and asked if i needed any personal loan, as i required it, i complied with them and gave all the necessary documents to their person who visited me in my office (Who knew only telugu language). After submission, he said within 3 working days, they will contact me. That was the last communication with rbl bank people in hyderabad. The person who took my documents never replied to my calls and messages, the bank-end team had no clue, the head branch gave me only some numbers which doesnt respond as well and i gave all my confidential documents to these irresponsible people. I would suggest others never to apply for any loan with these people. They are highly unprofessional and unethical.

                  As you can see my numbers of mail from my id "[protected]@yahoo.co.in" & "[protected]@multiplex.net.in" that i rbl cheated me, sent numbers of mail to sort it out but did not get any positive reply, in every mail i mentioned that im ready to pay just sort my problem, but no reply.. Now u hire a executive to harass me... Continue he is abusing me, asking for payment... Is this ur services??
                  I found a problem in my statement that rbl charging extra amount without any reason for the same just i raise the voice.. Whats wrong in that? Means rbl can do anything what they want, if customer not satisfy or raise the voice then rbl harass them.. Is it the policy? In india i thing u know the rules batter them me... I hv the recording o[censored]r executive... And i know what i need t to do... But cant not expect the # things from ur side,

                    I am dharmender yadav, i request several time (Telephonically) to close my rbl credit card which is end with four digit i. E. 0034. But they always said we try to close, but still my card is working. One of the customer care executive give me a wrong advice and said that whenever your bill is generated you may request again to close the card and refuse to pay your bill because we cannot close your card because as it is free at this time. You may try in august 2017 when your bill will be generated and you refuse to pay for that.

                    I request you to please take appropriate action in the matter.

                      My name is kishor tare. I have applied for credit card of rbl bank few months back, that time they have generated my cibil score, but as per their policy they have rejected my application.

                      Now before one week i received mail and message from rbl bank stating rejection of credit card application.

                      I have not received any call before this regarding this and suddenly received message and mail, that means they have generated my cibil.

                      I dropped mail to their customer care aa wel appellate officers, but didn't received any revert from their side.

                      They have generated my cibil without my consent. They are decreasing my cibil.

                      Pls help me to take some action against them.

                          I have taken a credit card from rbl bank whose last 4 digits are 9935. This month the minimum due payment was 5114 but due to some reasons (My wife gets hospitalized), i just paid only 2000/- on 17th july 2017.

                          But the collection department with the following numbers are calling again and again every time whole day.

                          So i request you to look into the matter and help me in getting rid of these calls.

                          They are calling in such a unprofessional manner and did not understand the consumers point of view. They are talking fullishly.

                          Previously they ask me the ref number for which the amount (2000/-) has been paid.

                          When i ask them to note down the same, the person says we do not need that rather we are calling for the rest 3000 amount which you needs to be paid till the next bill generation or else your cibil will be affected.

                          Due to this reason my boss gave me warning that either you go or do not attend such calls.

                            Sir through your wallet i have made an payment to abm enterprises which is proved a fraudulent company cheating in the name of contest. I asked for refund firstly they agreed and said it wil take 5 days then in the evening they callwd and asked for rs23500/- more. I have already paid them 20000/-. As this is a big issue and your bank is involved in this transaction i request you to reverse my transaction so that consumers are not affected from these bogus companies.

                              Dear concern team
                              I am dillip kumar moharana, bhubaneswar. I got a bajaj finserve rbl bank credit card.

                              But after use of this card for purchasing i got to know that rbl is a cheater bank.

                              Details of fake bill generation :

                              1) r shield premium amount bill - rs. 7189.00.
                              I had not done this so not liable to pay it.
                              2) the annual membership bill - rs. 999.00.
                              I had assured that its totally free so not liable to pay it.

                              So the entire bill generated is totally fake. I have intimated this issue to the customer care by call and by mail.

                              If the issue is still not solved then i wont use the credit card further nor even pay the unbilled amount of rs 17990.00 for amazon purchase + rs 1000.00 towards gio money.

                              Hope rbl bank will maintain a good track of faithful relation with customers ahead.

                              Hdfc Bank Darwaja surat has stopped on withdrawal by 1st applicant, kyc complete, bank demand kyc of co applicant. I could not produced due to he is out of country . I requested him but no response from him. My sb account will not be opened without co applicant kyc. At present, i am unable to use my sb account. Pl do needful.

                                I have complain against rbl bank that it is a fraud bank who cheating customers by misusing the norms of rbi rules. So please ban the licence of this bank. I am a middle class family person the executive misguided me to give me the credit card by giving lots of false commitments. And they people are making false bill from their side themself and forcing to pay the bill. This is for future proof if they make any harm to me this mail will be produced as the evidence. And the supporting mails are also kept with me for ghe best proof.

                                  Recovery agent appointed by u are giving mental harassment and ultimate last time ur recovery agent promise me to do settlement in 35000 with lump sum hence i have agreed but he could not turn back i am not in position to pay as per ur statement

                                    I sapan kumar mandal is here by to complain that my credit card has been blocked because i didn't pay my bill for the month of may' 2017. It was blocked even without informing me. I will my bill of may and june' 2017 till 2nd august' 2017 for sure. Kindly unblock my card as i use it very often. Its not the rule of your bank that you can block my card like that without taking detail without telling me!! Unblock it so i can pay my bill on time.

                                        Hi, i got a call from rbl credit card department after our conversation they told your eligible for "rbl titanium delight" credit card, i also interested about it, rbl person took my documents on 15th of july 2017, after that i got my application reference no - #ccpina5596, and also i got a verification call from rbl verification department, after that i checked my status two days back, it shows "reject ops". What is meant by it? Is my card disapproved? Or something else? And i had a good cibl score 754., if my card is disapproved means, i would like to know about the exact reason, other wise what is meant by it? Please let me know the exact card status., thank you.

                                        When i apply the Titanium delight credit card, i was Promised to given more credit limit (3 time increase the limit as per my hdfc bank credit card limit) but when i received the credit card, the limit is only 40, 000/-.
                                        Please contact me ASAP and increase the limit as per your promise.
                                        I have already paid my transaction bill then swipe this on next day but bank charge me overlimit fee 600/- . way? plese solve this problem ...
