Dear sir,

I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-6244. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 76610/-.

This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle...

I have taken a credit card from rbl bank whose last 4 digits are 9935. This month the minimum due payment was 5114 but due to some reasons (My wife gets hospitalized), i just paid only 2000/- on 17th july 2017.

But the collection department with the following numbers are calling again and again every time whole day.

These are only numbers which i have from 28th till today.

In my knowledge no credit card company will ask for the money if some has been paid even less than minimum amount due.

So i request you to look into the matter and help me in getting rid of these calls.

They are calling in such a unprofessional manner and did not understand the consumers point of view. They are talking fullishly.

Previously they ask me the ref number for which the amount (2000/-) has been paid.

When i ask them to note down the same, the person says we do not need that rather we are calling for the rest 3000 amount which you needs to be paid till the next bill generation or else your cibil will be affected.

Due to this reason my boss gave me warning that either you go or do not attend such calls.

Sir through your wallet i have made an payment to abm enterprises which is proved a fraudulent company cheating in the name of contest. I asked for refund firstly they agreed and said it wil take 5 days then in the evening they callwd and asked for rs23500/- more. I have already paid them 20000/-. As this is a big issue and your bank is involved in this transaction i request you to reverse my transaction so that consumers are not affected from these bogus companies.

I am dillip kumar moharana, bhubaneswar. I got a bajaj finserve rbl bank credit card.

But after use of this card for purchasing i got to know that rbl is a cheater bank.

Details of fake bill generation :

1) r shield premium amount bill - rs. 7189.00.
I had not done this so not liable to pay it.
2) the annual membership bill - rs. 999.00.
I had assured that its totally free so not liable to pay it.

So the entire bill generated is totally fake. I have intimated this issue to the customer care by call and by mail.

Till date my issues are not solved so i am complaining against the rbl bank.
And assuring not to pay a single rupee for the fake bill generated by the bank.
If the issue is still not solved then i wont use the credit card further nor even pay the unbilled amount of rs 17990.00 for amazon purchase + rs 1000.00 towards gio money.

Hope rbl bank will maintain a good track of faithful relation with customers ahead.

I have complain against rbl bank that it is a fraud bank who cheating customers by misusing the norms of rbi rules. So please ban the licence of this bank. I am a middle class family person the executive misguided me to give me the credit card by giving lots of false commitments. And they people are making false bill from their side themself and forcing to pay the bill. This is for future proof if they make any harm to me this mail will be produced as the evidence. And the supporting mails are also kept with me for ghe best proof.

I would like to bring to ur notice that i have made the payment which i have withdraw but statement showing very higher side and various additional charges
Recovery agent appointed by u are giving mental harassment and ultimate last time ur recovery agent promise me to do settlement in 35000 with lump sum hence i have agreed but he could not turn back i am not in position to pay as per ur statement
Please settle my account with less than 35000 in 2 instalment and give me justice

I sapan kumar mandal is here by to complain that my credit card has been blocked because i didn't pay my bill for the month of may' 2017. It was blocked even without informing me. I will my bill of may and june' 2017 till 2nd august' 2017 for sure. Kindly unblock my card as i use it very often. Its not the rule of your bank that you can block my card like that without taking detail without telling me!! Unblock it so i can pay my bill on time.

Hi, i got a call from rbl credit card department after our conversation they told your eligible for "rbl titanium delight" credit card, i also interested about it, rbl person took my documents on 15th of july 2017, after that i got my application reference no - #ccpina5596, and also i got a verification call from rbl verification department, after that i checked my status two days back, it shows "reject ops". What is meant by it? Is my card disapproved? Or something else? And i had a good cibl score 754., if my card is disapproved means, i would like to know about the exact reason, other wise what is meant by it? Please let me know the exact card status., thank you.

I would like to share my experience at consumercomplaints.com. I accept i made a mistake, but i want you all to be aware of this accident.

Yesterday, i lodge a complaint on consumercomplaints.com site, my foolishness was i shared my number too.

Just after submitting the complaint, within a few minutes, i received a call.
Person said he is calling from bank a would help me close the card & then he started asking card details, registered email id and so on, and in last he asked for the cvv of card, i just deny for that.
But still they were trying to hack my email id, which is registered email id with the card as otp is also comes on that as well.

Thank god otp came late and they were not able to tranfer the money in their account.

They were trying to transfer the money on paytm wallet.

One on the life saver guy called me immediately ([protected] - basti [true caller name] - informed me about fake call.), when i was on call he also sent a sms, regarding this fake call, and said last call was fake call and they will transfer all your money from your card.
So don't share your details with anyone.

Payment collection manager name-sanjay and call manager name-dheeraj. I think both are sitting in rajauri garden rbl bank branch. Both are harassment for payment and torture to me and my family members. I have already said for settlement and make emi but both are calling continue. I am using rbl maxima credit card, few days back i received another card from rbl which is in collaboration with bajaj finserv - card ending with 7995.

I want close my bajaj finserv - rbl card.

Dont use rbl and get cheated.
Highly unprofessional bank, charges fees for reducing interest rates (Housing loan), inspite of this the new interest rates are much higher than margin rates.
Few months bank, i have applied (Paid necessary fees/charges on may 19) for reducing interest on housing loan. They said it will be effective 1st june. But, when i get the statement i understand that they are making it effective only after 1 month (Post 19th may).
Since then am unable to view my account thru mobile app (Can only login but cant see the loan account details only) and online login is a big mess.
After so many tries once am successful in getting the password reset, i get a message "to contact customer care" which is useful".

This bank is actually doing fraud and not closing my credit card after many requests. Just found that this is happening to may people, all the times they say only "we had a technical glitch" which is a strong lie... They are liars. Their customer care executives are trained to postpone credit card closure request to forever.

My request please do not take any credit card from this rbl bank.
Once you take even i[censored] don't use it you have to pay annual charges and they will not close your credit card account.

I have decided i ill never ever take any services from rbl its dangerous have any relation with these kind of cheap minded banks.

This mail is regarding the credit card application i got again and again call from rbl bank for credit card and once i applied the executive "sonali saini". She send the person to collect the documents also she asked me to send the documenta on mail without attesting which i dint send i have send the attested documents and now its being more than 1.5 months there is no update they gave me fake commitments that your card has been dispatched you will be getting in 3 days i mean what the hell is going on either they should not call or they should inform to the customer this is my first and worst experiemce with rbl bank ther is very negative image came up in my mind for this bank i will never go with this bank and never ask anyone to go with it hoping for the strict action about these kind of employees they are not responding at call also. I have received 28 call from your credit card department offering credit card. Initially i politely informed them that the number is registered for dnd but they still keep calling from different numbers. I have lost patience and would like to raise this issue now with higher authorities. It has been a harassment to me as the phone calls don't stop.

I was facing problem with rbl credit card with minimum usage facility n all & because of the same i have tried thrice to close the card & withdraw it. I called their customer care thrice (With spending time more then 1.5 hrs. But they always suggested that you will got call from our executive first two time did not get it but third time i got call and there was a girl from rbl customer care. She suggested don't do this and when membership fee will be charged you can call us and request for reversal and this kind of request always accepted. Bla bla bla... I thought let's keep it if she is confirming the same. But now when i got statement fee is charged. I called their cc hired different story. So my concern is not money my concern is if we could have other bank's credit card where all are membership free card then why we will have rbl and pay membership fee...
So this kind of things means promises for something else and then actual something else is not acceptable and is absolutely harassing customers because no one wants to spoiled their civil record and therefore they are bound to pay.
Will rbl take any step against this kind of services... What is solution for this with them... How i can get back my money...? With all these questions thanks rbl for your best services which has been spoiled my temper... Totally unacceptable really...
