Hi,

I have applied for rbl bank movies & more card. But i got call from rbl bank and they upgraded stating that lot of benefits with platinum card of movies & more and also said that there is no first year annual fee and from second year onwards also it will be waived off if yearly billing is some 3 lakhs.. But in my first month bill i see charge of rs. 3000/- as annual fee. Please reverse the same. This is ridiculous even the customer care number never connects to executive.. So stupid and cheating.

I'm not going to pay the membership fee.

Call me back. Your services suck and you dont maintain quality of service.

    payment paid but not show in account by rbl bank

    Rbl receive my payment rs 31966.03 from hdfc bank. But not credit in my credit card and in demanding for payment. Rbl showing in credit caard bill reversal of payment deduct in my credit card. And not transfer aamount to hdfc bank. Now rbl bank neither transfer to hdfc nor in my credit card.
    More than 180 days gone but not solve my issue and demanding plenty....

    I had requested for preclosure the Borivli west branch is not responding most of the time Ph No, 62217622 is not picked up occassionally when picked a promise is made some one from concerned dept. will call and come to you for finalisation no one turns up I am aged 66 had open heart surgery recently I can not visit the branch every now and then I had a very bad experience with
    your bank services Before proceeding to OMBDSM or consumer court I request you to resolve the matter

      I had done a transaction of around 47.5k on my RBL card. Due date was on the 3rd of July as 2nd July was a Sunday.
      I called you customer care on the 3rd of July and some girl Rashi attended me. I politely asked her if I could convert my payment to EMIs for 3 months, and then pay the 1st Emi on the 3rd of July. I asked her if its not possible then I'll pay the whole amount. She confirmed that it's done, and you do not have to pay the 1st Emi on the 3rd of July and the 3 Emis due would be in Aug, Sept and October. I constantly asked her if you were sure about this and she was positive.

      After that I've been getting calls from your collections department everyday for payment. Why is this? After one of your employees confirms something isn't it fed in your system? Are there no recording lines to confirm the entire conversation?
      I'm telling your collections team person that check the recordings for the 3rd of July between 11-1pm to my number, you'll will get the proof for what I'm saying.

      Its not about not paying, I was going to pay the whole amount on the 3rd, but 'your employee' advised me otherwise. Its about integrity. You'll can't inform the customer one thing and demand something else. Please look into this as soon as possible as this thing is now turning ugly.

      I look forward to hear from the bank and not the collections team who do not use their brains while talking to a customer!

        I had applied for rbl bank credit card (App #cc5a6i25ip), with cibil of 800+ they are saying "dear customer, your credit card application has not been approved as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank". I am trying to get in touch with them to ask the reason for it and their internal policy but they are not interested in responding for it. I think they are only interested in collecting credit card user data.

        I forgot to mention they visited multiple times at my office and even called on the name of verification. Why to waste time. you have all the details, first verify with your internal policy and then go with verification process.

          Hi rbl,

          My name is sahabur sadiq, my rbl credit card no is [protected]. Past 1 half year i am using your rbl credit card. I am your loyal customer. Every time i am paying credit payment on time without missed.. I am not seeing even statement also, i just blindly paying what i received amount.. But this month i already paid my bill on due date, but still payment not credited to my account, and also u putted late fees of rs 1180 + over limit of rs 690, what's is this i already paid on time, then what he'll u putted late fees charge.. Please find attachment of my payment receipt, i also spoke with rbl customer care, they are not helping me.. Even same thing happen in feb 1st 2017 also, please rbl do something, what is this even i not missed single payment, but rbl charged late fees along with over limit charges, please help orelse i will go for consumer court..

          Late fees 1000 180 tax
          Over limit 600 +90 tax

          1st feb 2017 over limit 600 +90 charged

            I have tried to make a payment of Rs.10000/- to my rbl credit card ending with 4091from online banking with my SBI Account. The amount of Rs.10000/- has been deducted from my SBI Account, but it was not credited in my rbl credit card account.

            Kindly initiate the process of refunding of the above amount or like to resolve the issue that why the above payment could not done.

            Yesterday I paid with HDFC NetBanking, money got deducted but amount not credited into RBL credit card account .

              Hello,

              I have your bank credit card. I used that only one time.. And i made that payment too..

              At the time of sale the card the exicutive told me thatvthere is no yearly charge on the card but on 2nd bill there is carge of rs 3000 approx.
              I already told to your bank that I will not pay that charges but still they are gernating the bill with penalty..
              That was a wrong information provide by your side that there is no annual charges.

                I have opened current account with rbl bank in name of divecha travels at borivali w branch code 0062 .after 1 month of opening account still i am not able to operate it following uo with branch but no proper reply given.visiting branch for more then 15 times but no one is giving answer.called customer care but no reply from there also.not able to run my business as my money is blocked with bank and they and not helping me in any kind.

                  RBL repeatedly calls me regarding my good CIBIL score & offers me their credit card. Consequently i submitted application for credit card with reference no #CC224IATN7 on 21/06/2017. On 29/06/2017 i got sms from RBL BANK stating that "Hi! We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your Credit Card application as it does not meet our assessment criteria". I emailed them regarding the reason for rejection but they never bother to tell me the reason. For you information i never defaulted any credit card bill or loan payement in my life. Having credit cards of some of good banks like CITI, YES, HDFC & YES with good financial track record & credit limits. But RBL is one such bank which i must say most disgusting & pathetic bank.

                  RBL is most disgusting bank. Never divulge your financial information to their tele callers. If you did they will repeatedly check your cibil scores without taking your consent & spoil your credit score. Moreover i have not seen yet any man having RBL credit card. I am puzzled whom they give their credit card.
                  Better to have other banks Credit Card.. I must recommend CITI & SBI.

                  No wonder why they repeatedly call me since last year almost 2-3times a month as the person already knows my PAN card and Aadhaar details ah. What can do now! I don't want this stupid bank credit card anymore as they don't give life time free card.

                    while purchasing they have said as life time free card, now they putting some amount 2000/- as membership free expences. i called before 20 days they have said we will call. i given 2 mobile number to the customer care to contact me to reverse this amount and have compliant no 00355026.

                    Now i have paid only outstanding wat i done the transaction.Please reverse the membership amount.

                      They sent email for increase the credit limit. After that I have used the card for some more transaction. After swapping the card, Got alert for Over Limit charges. I have sent email to customer support, on what basis they allowed to access over limit . Its 15 days over, no one is responding my email. I have tried to call customer care, there is no option to speak to relation ship manager or customer care agent. Netbanking is soo poor, where doesn't have any compose email.

                      Overall its very pathetic service like ICIC bank.

                        One of my family members was a credit card holder from RBL Bank and had a clean track record of repayment .
                        Due to some serious medical and personal issues, the last time we couldn't repay the credit card amount .

                        Post that I myself initiated email to the bank to settleall the pending debt and agreed to re-pay the entire amount in 3 EMI of which first emi is already paid by me. 2nd emi got bit delayed and RBL collection...

                        Anoop kumar gupta, wants to do complaint against " operations manager of rbl bank credit card department, and his contact # [protected].
                        He called me regarding due payment of credit card but i did kindly request him i will defenately pay on 7th july 2017. Coz write now i am in trouble so do not have sufficient money to pay on given time slot. But on 7th july i will defenately pay as maximum amount i can.
                        But he started argument and said i will do you police complaint. And abuse me.
                        So i want to know is that a bank procedure to talk like that with the customers. I want sufficient action on him.

                          I had applied for rbl credit card on may 29th (Application number: [protected]). 2 days after i had received a call from one of the rbl executive regarding document verification. They asked me for local address proof. I just send them through email that they provided to me ([protected]@rblbank.com). 26 days got over i didn't get any call from their end. There is no notification to me till date at least they can tell me the status if they can't provide means please notify me with the reason. So i can find some other source.

                          Dear RBL bank,

                          I am not a rbl account holder, I am writing this to bring in your notice that since 8 months or more I am getting calls from RBL Credit Card team to apply for the CC. I had applied it thrice, even all the verfication was done over the phone with me and my colleagues at my office. But all the 3 times it got rejected and the reason which I came to know from your sales team that bank does not provide card for PIN Code- 401107.
                          But now about few minutes ago I get a call from your sales team once again for the selling card but this time I told them that I am not interested in getting any rbl cards. They called me back again and said that if I do not accept the card my CIBIL will get affected.
                          Can I know, how will my CIBIL get affected?? if I do not want any card.
                          I am sharing you the numbers from which I got the call. Hoping that you will get back to me with a positive response.

                            Hi,
                            I had a credit card from rbl till 2014. I requested rbl to discontinue this card after paying all the dues in mar 2014 (Rs. 86, 000 with some extra money). Subsequently, i destroyed this card at that time.
                            Despite my request for discontinuing this card, these guys have not done the same and are continuously charging a fee. I have had many calls with them informing the the card is not in use, but to no avail.
                            Now, these guys are giving abusive calls and harassing me and my family members.
                            Please look into this matter and advice what needs to be done.

                              I received call from shruti from rbl bank advising me that i have a pre - approved credit card and asked for documents. I submitted all necessary documents in the first week of june 2017 and now i get to hear from bank 's side that the application has been rejected. Can you please explain this non sense going on as i recently got to know that rejection of credit application adversely impact cibil score. Why such fraud are being perpetuated by the bank to harass the customers???

He informed that my card is on hold and I need to deposit Rs. 20 online. On probing further, he started abusing in hindi. What sort of service is this...Can some one explain????

                                I had a worst experience with it. I will never recommend to anyone for bank account or credit card. They hold customers money for a long time (15 days) if any payment fails or back. Where other bank back money within 5 working days.in now a days. These guys are so careless never connect a call with executive.

                                One of the Fraud banking RBL Bank. My Card rewards points debits without any intimation.
                                As i already told worst Customer care executives in this bank. They also wants to try manipulate customers. As today call, One of the executive named anam transferred my call from banking system to credit card department but same there call not go through any executive. I am completely disappointed with RBL Bank. Never suggest to anyone for taking card from RBL.

                                I requested through email to close my credit card but no response from bank.
                                Very very worst service of this company, no proper channel to speak ccare
                                none of ccare number working correctly and there are no option to directly communicate to their customer care representative, i am strongly say this type of service they are doing to make harassment to the customer once you avail their service. in fact if you connected their representative teach us how to use online banking, now days people have lots of experience to manage their E-Banking.
                                simple changing a tpin you will never get your OTP with stipulated time and it says time out, what kind of service this bank provide, first they have to understand what standard maintain by other banking domain.
                                Customer Care Service is very bad and Worst.
                                RBL bank has poor customer service. When I reported fraudulent transaction that happened in my credit card these guys are bluntly refusing to take up my complaint. They claim OTP was enabled and I am bound to pay for the money lost. Raised FIR, raised dispute but it’s really waste. They don’t secure credit cards nor check with customer to approve any transaction that is suspicious

                                  I have received the message from rbl that you are eligible to upgrade your card, attached screen shot for the same, later i have received call from rbl that fees of this card is 5000, but as you are selected client, we are giving you 20000 rewards point against which you will adjust this fees.

                                  Now i have received a card statement where they are charging me 5000 + tax as a service fee and they want me to pay the same. I called up customer care they said, you have to pay this, and reward point will credit in next statement, you can use the same for any purchase.

                                    Please note that i applied for rbl credit card on 5.4.2017 card and #ccg335hg4m. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. On 26.04.2017 i got checked in rbl link showing track your card application using my application num [protected] found the reason as follows. "dear customer, your rbl bank cr card application no. #ccg335hg4m is currently under process. We regret the delay and will keep you posted on further progress." and on 28.04.2017 i again checked it shows as follows "application reference number #cccg335hg4m, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank. Ms. Laya an executive only followed my application from begin to end. And the executive confirmed that after confirming my cibil report they processed my application and rbl bank rules itself was the same after providing approval message received to customer only the executive can able to follow further. Laya, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. And even many times i called to that executive but she doesn't picked up my call. Regards krishnakumar [protected]. Please suggest me what is next process.                                     Bhaiyo mere saath bhi yahi hua hai rbl bank ne saare document leke kaha aapka credit card bann jayega aur ghar par bhi verification kar li aur next day massage aaya ki aapka card apporve ho gya hai aur 7 days main ghar aa jayega par saam ko hi msg aaya ki aapka card unable ho gya hai aur main jab customer care call kari to un logo ne bhi koi sahi se resion nhi bataya ki q reject ho gya hai mera cafe number #CC6A95A9UP hai
