Hi i had applied rbl bank credit card one month back and i got a message for application received confirmation... But till no information... Regarding status... Then i had checked in rbl bank credot card status portal.. And the status showned... Credit card status in reject ops... What is the meaning for this... My credit card application no # cc8gg3e7g8

HI, i do faced the same problem, i applied for "RBL TITANIUM DELIGHT" card last 10 days back on 15th of july 2017, and my application reference no is - #CCPINA5596, i got a verification call from RBL verification department, after that i checked my status two days back, it shows "Reject ops" . what is meant by it ? is my card disapproved ? or something else? and i had a good cibl score 754., if my card is disapproved means, i would like to know the exact reason, other wise what is mean it? if any body know about this please help about this., thank you.

    # you credit card hackers

    My credit card could be hacked if i don't take the steps wisely.
    Please do not share your personnel info or contact number in any post.

    I would like to share my experience at consumercomplaints.com. I accept i made a mistake, but i want you all to be aware of this accident.

    Yesterday, i lodge a complaint on consumercomplaints.com site, my foolishness was i shared my number too.

    Just after submitting the complaint, within a few minutes, i received a call.
    Person said he is calling from bank a would help me close the card & then he started asking card details, registered email id and so on, and in last he asked for the cvv of card, i just deny for that.
    But still they were trying to hack my email id, which is registered email id with the card as otp is also comes on that as well.

    Thank god otp came late and they were not able to tranfer the money in their account.

    They were trying to transfer the money on paytm wallet.

    One on the life saver guy called me immediately ([protected] - basti [true caller name] - informed me about fake call.), when i was on call he also sent a sms, regarding this fake call, and said last call was fake call and they will transfer all your money from your card.
    So don't share your details with anyone.

      Payment collection manager name-sanjay and call manager name-dheeraj. I think both are sitting in rajauri garden rbl bank branch. Both are harassment for payment and torture to me and my family members. I have already said for settlement and make emi but both are calling continue. If they are continue torture than i will take action against him. My name sukesh chaturvedi.

        Hi,

        I am using rbl maxima credit card, few days back i received another card from rbl which is in collaboration with bajaj finserv - card ending with 7995.

        I want close my bajaj finserv - rbl card.

        I have sent mail to [protected]@rblbank.com never received any response from rbl bank.

        I have tried calling your customer care but never succeeded for the same.

        As the related department sent and changed with another credit that has not been any confirmation by me and also they charged me extra amount. the guys of the company threatening me. this is the totally fraud.
        I am not able to register my user id. whenever i try to register the page gets expired and session expired appears. i also called customer care they said to use a different browser, i did that to but still no progress
        Myself Abhilash M and I would like to cancel the card. I did not receive the card yet but I got the credit card bill with a due date. It seems like I'm not alone there are many having the same issue.

          Dont use rbl and get cheated.
          Highly unprofessional bank, charges fees for reducing interest rates (Housing loan), inspite of this the new interest rates are much higher than margin rates.
          Few months bank, i have applied (Paid necessary fees/charges on may 19) for reducing interest on housing loan. They said it will be effective 1st june. But, when i get the statement i understand that they are making it effective only after 1 month (Post 19th may).
          Since then am unable to view my account thru mobile app (Can only login but cant see the loan account details only) and online login is a big mess.
          After so many tries once am successful in getting the password reset, i get a message "to contact customer care" which is useful".

As the time limit stipulated for filing IT return is coming to a close shortly I need the corrected form 16.

              This bank is actually doing fraud and not closing my credit card after many requests. Just found that this is happening to may people, all the times they say only "we had a technical glitch" which is a strong lie... They are liars. Their customer care executives are trained to postpone credit card closure request to forever.

              My request please do not take any credit card from this rbl bank.
              Once you take even i[censored] don't use it you have to pay annual charges and they will not close your credit card account.

              I have decided i ill never ever take any services from rbl its dangerous have any relation with these kind of cheap minded banks.

                This mail is regarding the credit card application i got again and again call from rbl bank for credit card and once i applied the executive "sonali saini". She send the person to collect the documents also she asked me to send the documenta on mail without attesting which i dint send i have send the attested documents and now its being more than 1.5 months there is no update they gave me fake commitments that your card has been dispatched you will be getting in 3 days i mean what the hell is going on either they should not call or they should inform to the customer this is my first and worst experiemce with rbl bank ther is very negative image came up in my mind for this bank i will never go with this bank and never ask anyone to go with it hoping for the strict action about these kind of employees they are not responding at call also. Employee name: sonali saini. Contact no: [protected] another number i dont know the name: [protected]. If you want to maintain the image of your bank just terminate these kind of employees.

                I NEED THE RESOLUTION YOU DUFF AND DUMP PEOPLE
                I have got call from RBL Sales team for Bajaj Super Card, initially they said no membership fee and the card is absolutely free for 1 year. Hence it is free card i also accepted and submitted all the documents. Once i received the card, after 3-4 days, from bank sending sms as please pay the minimum amount 3600. I was just shocked because still i have never used my card and also i have not generated the card pin, Even though they keep on sending messages to pay the bill. This is really a BIG FAKE BANK and also credit card sales team is really a BIG FRAUD PEOPLE. They are focusing on selling credit card with fake promise... Please don't accept any credit card from this bank and also don't take credit card from this bank...

                  I have received 28 call from your credit card department offering credit card. Initially i politely informed them that the number is registered for dnd but they still keep calling from different numbers. I have lost patience and would like to raise this issue now with higher authorities. It has been a harassment to me as the phone calls don't stop.

                    I was facing problem with rbl credit card with minimum usage facility n all & because of the same i have tried thrice to close the card & withdraw it. I called their customer care thrice (With spending time more then 1.5 hrs. But they always suggested that you will got call from our executive first two time did not get it but third time i got call and there was a girl from rbl customer care. She suggested don't do this and when membership fee will be charged you can call us and request for reversal and this kind of request always accepted. Bla bla bla... I thought let's keep it if she is confirming the same. But now when i got statement fee is charged. I called their cc hired different story. So my concern is not money my concern is if we could have other bank's credit card where all are membership free card then why we will have rbl and pay membership fee...
                    So this kind of things means promises for something else and then actual something else is not acceptable and is absolutely harassing customers because no one wants to spoiled their civil record and therefore they are bound to pay.
                    Will rbl take any step against this kind of services... What is solution for this with them... How i can get back my money...? With all these questions thanks rbl for your best services which has been spoiled my temper... Totally unacceptable really...

                      Hi,

                      I have applied for rbl bank movies & more card. But i got call from rbl bank and they upgraded stating that lot of benefits with platinum card of movies & more and also said that there is no first year annual fee and from second year onwards also it will be waived off if yearly billing is some 3 lakhs.. But in my first month bill i see charge of rs. 3000/- as annual fee. Please reverse the same. This is ridiculous even the customer care number never connects to executive.. So stupid and cheating.

                        Rbl receive my payment rs 31966.03 from hdfc bank. But not credit in my credit card and in demanding for payment. Rbl showing in credit caard bill reversal of payment deduct in my credit card. And not transfer aamount to hdfc bank. Now rbl bank neither transfer to hdfc nor in my credit card.
                        More than 180 days gone but not solve my issue and demanding plenty.

                            I had done a transaction of around 47.5k on my RBL card. Due date was on the 3rd of July as 2nd July was a Sunday.
                            I called you customer care on the 3rd of July and some girl Rashi attended me. I politely asked her if I could convert my payment to EMIs for 3 months, and then pay the 1st Emi on the 3rd of July. I asked her if its not possible then I'll pay the whole amount. She confirmed that it's done, and you do not have to pay the 1st Emi on the 3rd of July and the 3 Emis due would be in Aug, Sept and October. I constantly asked her if you were sure about this and she was positive.

                            After that I've been getting calls from your collections department everyday for payment. Why is this? After one of your employees confirms something isn't it fed in your system? Are there no recording lines to confirm the entire conversation?
                            I'm telling your collections team person that check the recordings for the 3rd of July between 11-1pm to my number, you'll will get the proof for what I'm saying.

                            Its not about not paying, I was going to pay the whole amount on the 3rd, but 'your employee' advised me otherwise. Its about integrity. You'll can't inform the customer one thing and demand something else. Please look into this as soon as possible as this thing is now turning ugly.

                            I look forward to hear from the bank and not the collections team who do not use their brains while talking to a customer!

                              I had applied for rbl bank credit card (App #cc5a6i25ip), with cibil of 800+ they are saying "dear customer, your credit card application has not been approved as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank". I am trying to get in touch with them to ask the reason for it and their internal policy but they are not interested in responding for it. I think they are only interested in collecting credit card user data.

                                Hi rbl,

                                My name is sahabur sadiq, my rbl credit card no is [protected]. Past 1 half year i am using your rbl credit card. I am your loyal customer. Every time i am paying credit payment on time without missed.. I am not seeing even statement also, i just blindly paying what i received amount.. But this month i already paid my bill on due date, but still payment not credited to my account, and also u putted late fees of rs 1180 + over limit of rs 690, what's is this i already paid on time, then what he'll u putted late fees charge.. Please find attachment of my payment receipt, i also spoke with rbl customer care, they are not helping me.. Even same thing happen in feb 1st 2017 also, please rbl do something, what is this even i not missed single payment, but rbl charged late fees along with over limit charges, please help orelse i will go for consumer court..

                                  I have tried to make a payment of Rs.10000/- to my rbl credit card ending with 4091from online banking with my SBI Account. The amount of Rs.10000/- has been deducted from my SBI Account, but it was not credited in my rbl credit card account.

                                  Kindly initiate the process of refunding of the above amount or like to resolve the issue that why the above payment could not done.

                                    I have your bank credit card. I used that only one time.. And i made that payment too..

                                    At the time of sale the card the exicutive told me thatvthere is no yearly charge on the card but on 2nd bill there is carge of rs 3000 approx.
                                    I already told to your bank that I will not pay that charges but still they are gernating the bill with penalty..
                                    That was a wrong information provide by your side that there is no annual charges.

                                        RBL repeatedly calls me regarding my good CIBIL score & offers me their credit card. Consequently i submitted application for credit card with reference no #CC224IATN7 on 21/06/2017. On 29/06/2017 i got sms from RBL BANK stating that "Hi! We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your Credit Card application as it does not meet our assessment criteria". I emailed them regarding the reason for rejection but they never bother to tell me the reason. For you information i never defaulted any credit card bill or loan payement in my life. Having credit cards of some of good banks like CITI, YES, HDFC & YES with good financial track record & credit limits. But RBL is one such bank which i must say most disgusting & pathetic bank.

If you did they will repeatedly check your cibil scores without taking your consent & spoil your credit score. Moreover i have not seen yet any man having RBL credit card. I am puzzled whom they give their credit card.
                                        Better to have other banks Credit Card.. I must recommend CITI & SBI.

                                        totally agree with you worst bank ever they all are liars and how can this #### bank provide the cards we dont even nee these kind of fake cards

                                        No wonder why they repeatedly call me since last year almost 2-3times a month as the person already knows my PAN card and Aadhaar details ah. What can do now! I don't want this stupid bank credit card anymore as they don't give life time free card.
