this RBL guys making fool of customer as i have submitted my details for credit card, all verification done and they assured me that i will get my credit card with in 5 days but when i check the status of my credit card they show reject due to technical issue. if any senior person get this message than kindly check the details with your team, this thing make your bank image very bad.

I have applied for credit card for more than two weeks ago but I didn't received card yet but in application track it shows final approve what does that mean if it got approved means RBL has to send the card know but they telling that you will receive by two working days but still I didn't got my card

worst banking services ever I seen they cheating people pls dont apply for creditcard in RBl bank they all r cheaters and no one is picking up the phone before submitting doccuments every agent tries to contact dialy after submission there is no use .fraud company and fraud employess

    Got all verification done at my office and residence too. Executive taken both office @ house photos, i got multiple calls at office too for verification. I received an messege from mobile, rbl bank on 09th aug 2016, saying "your application for a rbl bank card has been declined as it does not meet our internal assessment criteria for details write to [protected]@rblbank.Com."

    As per rbi guidelines circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.

    If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl bank. Also i check my cibil 780 good score.

The executive says annual fee is 0 means no annual fee this year. I am not expecting this kind of behaviour from you. I feel very bad. Application no.         After n no of mail and calls to rbl card service department now finally i am mailing you about my transaction dispute, on date 20/5/16 around 4am in morning there was 8 transaction was done from my rbl credit card ([protected]), 7 transaction was 10000/- of sbi lahartara and one transaction was 5000 of industrialestae lahar which was not done by me as my card was with me only and i am residing in delhi only this transaction was done in some other state with different card, i have send 3 times scan copy of dispute form with police fir whenever i have been asked in mail, thrice i sent hard copy via courier (1. On dot awb no[protected], 2. Dtdc cn no z[protected] but till now i haven't got any positive response, and now i am getting mails, letter and calls for payment these amount which not done by me. So request to you please help me out of this, as i m getting harassed.

        Your action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

          Please note that i applied for rbl credit card on 17th june 2016 and got reference no :#cca192s9rh.

          I got all verification done at my office and residence too. i got multiple calls at office too for verification. i received an email from rbl bank on 6th july 2016, saying "your application for a rbl bank card has been declined as it does not meet our internal assessment criteria for details write to [protected]@rblbank.com."

          I gave the documents to rahul field (executive) from rbl bank, executive called me on the next day itself "18th june 2016" and i gave all the papers and verification has been done positively.

          As per rbi guidelines circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. fsd. bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.

          I want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. my cibil was all clear as i got the credit card from citi bank in march 2016 itself.

          If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. it is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl bank.


          I never had any liabilities from any bank in the past. please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court against rbl bank. please clarify me where exactly my application got declined.

RBl bank has done the fraud with us 2 times and now we have deiced to legal with u people i have i got a call from your bank saying sir your eligible for the maxima credit card i told them i wont apply as i have hdfc and icici they said so many things i Agreed and later they took all the document after 25 days they said we are sorry to inform we are not able to process i asked them Valid Reason as my point score was almost how can card can be rejected it effect on my civil they i called all that number witch i got at the time of apply no response .. i said leave it

              2nd time in may i got call sir i apply card i said no .. u people are fraud they said we are soory whateber happened last time they said kindly give us document we will 100% give u credit card as we have checked, , everything is fine your record and everything .. i have given them document 10 days they said we unable to process .. same thing has happened 2 times i have speak to my legal advisor my card rejected it effeted on my civil i want both time legal reason of the card rejeted i have hdfc 3 lakh limit icci 1 lakh amex 1 lakh .. my score more then 800 how u people can do this . i want valid reason and my all document i need it back . or else face legal notice in consumer court and palaces i request you gently kindly respire as soon as possible

                Hi Team,

                There is a personal availed by me with RBL Bank, And they charged me huge amount as Insurance, and I did not recieve any details about insurance number till today.I tried calling up Customer care multiple time all that they say isyou need to walk to branch .Branch is 30 km away from the place I stay and when I go there they say need to call customer care.was fed up with it now.Today they need some signature regarding there process change in EMI, they dont give me proper details but they ask me to sign some documents .initially when they call they start saying we are calling from RBL Bank, and when I start questioning them about Insurance they say we are third party vendors.So is RBL Bank trying to fraud us with third party ??

                My other Major concern is I have a RBL credit card, for which I never miss the payment, will pay it on time.But I keep getting reminder calls from them saying that My amount is due, when I havnt missed any payment why is that they are call twice, trice in a day as if I am running away.and Today a Lady called REKHA, called saying its a reminder called and when I said her like I have a message and will pay it on time I dont need this calls, then she was saying your card is overdue that's the reason i am calling, WHICH WAS iNCORRECT.My card when overdue on june 3rd about 600 RS, and I immediately seeing the message depositted 1000 RS same on June 3rd.And I dont understand how come you people can talk like that.

                When it come to your bank payment you respond and talk how ever you want with customer, but when customer somes with concern you never take responsibility.This is disgusting.

I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application no [protected], status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. Swathi, executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.                     Dear RBL Bank,

                    Thanks first of all not letting me have your bank credit card. I never interested personally to apply RBL credit card due card charges and annual fee. But your bank people keep calling me multiple times and request me to apply again and again. I think it's enough of applying and learn lessons not to apply anymore in RBL Bank.

                    Is it not funny!! I applied RBL Bank credit card on 3rd May 2018 and not approved But I applied HDFC Bank credit card on 14th May 2018 and got approved on 18th May 2018. It shows your bank standard in front of HDFC Bank or others Banks.

                    When I called your toll-free number for RBL cc application status. The IBR says "application rejected due to technical" wow what a reason RBL Bank has for me LOL! so funny isn't? Is that reason TECHNICAL, can you explain me further please?

                    Let me introduce you myself, . I own business software development and website designing company. I do business in Australia, USA and other 32 countries and travel many times. I hold credit card from SBI, ICICI, Indusind, Kotak and HDFC.

                    I'm talking now to get your bank credit card. But to show you how shameful to know your bank policy or backend works not able to see the person cbil score or whether approve or not. The biggest things is funny reason is due to technical application got rejected. Oh no I don't your bank credit card anymore. I'm writing you here let you know your business and also let people know. Thanks

                            Dear sir i have applied for the rbl bank credit card we have got the direct call from rbl and saying that we have pre approved card for maxima credit card i have given all the document and i have got the email saying that i will get to know the status and after 10 days i have not got anything i have send them email they took 1 months for this. And later said we are sorry your card has not been approved. I asked them reason and they have not replied in any correct my civil is more then 800 its in gold i have hdfc icici amex credit card my application has never been rejected and hdfc bank has approved loan of 15 lakh im i need ti know the correct reason for rejection.. Verification done office and home and they took so many paper from me i have limit from hdfc more then 3 lakh amex 1 lakh icici 2.5 lakh rbl is during fraud's they take document from everyone they get information and later they reject the document without no reason..


                            I will file complaint in the court if they will not give me card or give me valid reason i told them i don't need any card.. They said sir its benefits

                              Axis - 50k limit
                              Sbi - 50k limit
                              Kotak - 20k limit

                              My cibil score is 765

                              Still RBL bank rejected my credit card application

                              Even i asked bank give me secured loan basis on my fixed deposit which i am ready to open for 1.5 lakh still they say it can be applied after 3 months

                              Why?

                              Because they don't know 765 is good score ... lol...

                              Please help me

                              Still RBL bank rejected my credit card application

                              Even i asked bank give me secured loan basis on my fixed deposit which i am ready to open for 1.5 lakh still they say it can be applied after 3 months

                              Why?

                              Because they don't know 765 is good score ... lol...

                              Please help me

                              I already have credit card from below banks

                              Axis - 50k limit
                              Sbi - 50k limit
                              Kotak - 20k limit

                              My cibil score is 765

                                RBL bank in the 2nd month o[censored]sage of its credit card, blocked my credit card for payments without even informing me. I hadn't used the card for the first month and hence did not care to check for payment dues myself otherwise i do it well before the last due date. I had put this card for online automatic payment and it declined today twice giving no reason. Now when I called the Bank's credit card customer service they tell me its RBI regulation that they can block my card without intimating me on phone or email (they say they have sent sms but that's not there in my phone) and that they have no method to unblock it until they update the card payment in 3 days. Even when i give the proof that i have paid the amount well above the usage this month. I will probably consider returning this card and cancelling their services due to worst customer service i have found here. I already use 3 other bank credit cards and they are never so worst in customer service. I want people to know so they don't go to this alien bank which even charge annual fees in advance and that's what causes the whole issue. I couldnt care to remember to pay dues for a card that i havent even used yet. and if they could have told me all this before I could better have avoided than wasting my time complaining.

                                  I applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #ccb6lf880.. Got a message on 6th april and an email on 7th april 2016 mentioning ." your application for a rbl bank card has been declined as it does not meet our internal assessment criteria. For details write to [protected]@rblbank.com." ravi, executive called and he came down to my office and took all the details, i have submitted all the documents and verification also done positively. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod.Fsd.Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. I want reason for rejection as it will affect my cibil. If i do not get the reason for rejection, i will file case in consumer court. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards sudeep jain [protected].                                     My name name is Pankaj kumar, i am using RBL card from last 3 months. My card number is [protected]. i am not happy from your services because you guys are not able to provide correct information. According to the FEB statement my minimum due was 7100 rs, i have paid this amount on 18th of march from Sbi bank credit card, i got confirmation of balance transfer on 22nd march fro Sbi that your cheque have been delivered to your address then i called to RBL care no. i explained everything to your Executive but she told me Cheque will be delivered to RBL bank not to my address, i asked 4 times from that executive, she again told me that cheque will be delivered to RBL bank. you can go throw the call recording from 22nd of march, not from 1 executive 3 or 4 executive but on 1st of april someone from your team told me we have not received any cheque. sir your guys are not able to provide me exact information, i am not ready to pay over limit and finance charges, do not block my card, this is your fault, i will not pay the amount, i will drop cheque today in rbl atm drop box, today i luanched complaint against you throw care please resolve this as early as possible and i am not comfortable wth my due date please do it between 2nd and 10th date of every month because i am getting my salary between these date. If you can not solve these problem then i am not ready to take your services and i will not pay any single rupees.This is all happening because of poor services. I am using HDFC credit card also from past 2 years and i neve face any problem from HDFC. Please revert me as soon as possible.

                                      Please note that i applied for the rbl credit card on 14th feb 2014 through bookmyshow and later got reference no: #ccdgtmk80. An executive from the bank collected all papers and verification also done positively. I got multiple calls for verification and all done positive at residence and office too. I got an sms on 21th that my application rejected and when i checked in rbl webpage it shows for the following reason: application reference number #ccdgtmk80, application status: dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl; date:[protected]:00:13, whereas the executive came to my home and did the final verification on 15-mar-2016. So, the dates doesn’t tally at all and why application was declined. I tried calling the customer care but not able to reach the direct line, instead it keeps forwarding me to ivr. I sent many email as well but without any responds. Kindly give a valid reason why exactly my application was declined.
                                      As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod.Fsd.Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. I want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. Am using credit card for the past 2 years and so far i have not received any negative remarks on my cibil. If i don't find a reason for rejection, i will file a case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got affected and i am fully made up my mind for filing a legal case against rbl.
