I got a call from these people and they asked to provide some basic details and then they if get approval in principle then they will ask for my docs. And same being done and after all verification and everything I get a message that I do not complete their criterias so they have rejected my card???
I want to know why as I use credit cards of couple of other banks and have a good cibil score so what are the assessment criteria???
Can some one help??

Fraud bank . They told me 15â„… rate of interest and they charge me 22% rate of interest without sanction letter. 3rd class baknk

    Hi,

    i have RBL platinium credit card. As i was late in making payment for a month, y ur collection executive SHWETA KAMBLE threatening my mother and force her to arrange money from anywhere she is really rude i m going to launch police complaint against her

    But this i can say it's very rediculas and really misbehave of bank executives

    As i am working with PRESS if this matter not solve then i can take this matter till PRESS

      Dear Sir/Mam,

      On 15th sep'16, there were 3 unauthorised fraudulent transactions on my RBL credit card for a total amount of Rs 107800. I received 3 SMS on my mobile [protected] for transactions of Rs 29000, Rs 28900 and Rs 49900. On 15th sep'16, I received these 3 sms at 6:59 pm, 7:04 pm and 7:48 pm respectively. The merchant names are ATL store house, akrati art gallary and Royal tour and travels. Total fraud on my credit card is rs 107800. When I received these 3 SMS, I was at ambience mall Vasant Kunj, Delhi and I have the proof of that as I have the credit card receipts of genuine transactions made by me around that time. From call center agent of RBL Bank, I came to know that POS (Point of Sale) of these 3 unauthorised fraud transactions is Agra whereas at that time I was in Delhi. Also I have the card with me. Now I have blocked my card. Kindly investigate this matter at the earliest

      RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I have raised a query about card payment and want some mutual understandings help by bank after money demonstration by govt.
      But they clearly denied and want payment as soon as posible for card, however same thing happen with my sbi card and they waived off my 2 month late fee, I realy appreciate this step of sbi bank but rbl is full of greedy management and full of selfish...I m gonna close this account after reading many bad feedbacks of this bank.

        I have an RBL credit card. Today - 10th September 2016 - I received a call first from [protected]. The person on the phone (I forget his name, but he was a north indian sounding guy, and he said his employee id 4912) told me that as I was privileged customer of RBL, they were going to send us a free cashback credit card at no extra cost. He asked me to verify my details (which piqued my suspicion, but not to complete alert status), and I ended up giving the card holder's name, card number and expiry date. Then he said that to "really" confirm, he would transfer me to their IVR system where I would have to key in my CVV number on the back of the credit card.

        Then the call (from [protected]) got disconnected, and I got a call a few seconds later from another number[protected] this time, Abhinav Bhatacharya called himself as the senior executive, and first says his employee id is 4952 then shortly changes it to 4922. Then he tells me would transfer me to IVR system where I would have to key in my CVV, but only after he tells me to do. Then I hear a bunch of tone-dials - this is indicating this scumbag is keying in my credit details into his device, and is priming his device with the information I have already provided. That's what really alerted me I am in the process of being scammed. I started asking this scoundrel to prove that he is from RBL bank other than the spoofed information he gave earlier. That's when his tone COMPLETELY change and he started being extremely rude, saying things like "how dare I talk to him like that" and that he is "not asking me to tell him my CVV number, but only key in to the IVR". Incidentally, the IVR system was saying "please enter your transaction id" - this is another MAJOR warning flag - this means that the device was primed to make a credit card transaction if I had keyed in my CVV number.

        Thank goodness my son stepped in the middle and was able to prevent the card fraud from happening. However, fearing the worst, I have had to cancel my card and ask the bank to issue a new one.

        I searched both the numbers in india mobile registry and both are turning up as Delhi mobile numbers. I reqest you to please get the police to hunt down these scumbags and put them behind bars.

        I have the full call recording in case you need proof of this having happened. Please let me know.

          I got a call from RBL executive that they are offering me a card. I asked all the details and the executive told me all the details what they need and they told me they are sending someone to collect documents and all, but now i got the message that they cannot process the application because of their internal bank assessment guidelines. I don't have an loan, i don't have any credit card due. I just want to know why you rejected my application, rejection of application will effect my cibil score.

          This is really unprofessional and not acceptable at all.

            Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #ccgr686ea1. I got verification call for verification and attended it as well. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number #ccgr686ea1, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. We have given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got icici credit card with 85k credit limit on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards neha agrwal [protected] please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response.

            I am doing a job in qualcomm since last 5 years as a senior engineer and have take away of more than required by this credit card and also dont have any negative credit history.

              I was assured I will get Rs 1000 Bookmy show voucher and Rs 500 pizza hut voucher.

              They sent me 2 codes to be sent to an number to get the voucher. Buy to my surprise nothing happened. I tried sending sms atleast 10-15 times. Only thing happened is I lost another 15 Rs in sending sms.

              Till date I couldn't get the promised vouchers

              This us put cheating by RBL BANK

                Rbl is harrasing me for fraud transaction which i have not made. I have filled up dispute form also, result came in my favour but reversal is still not showing of rs.13000 and interest in my last 4 statements. I received an messege from mobile, rbl bank on 09th aug 2016, saying "your application for a rbl bank card has been declined as it does not meet our internal assessment criteria for details write to [protected]@rblbank.Com."

                    As per rbi guidelines circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.

                        After n no of mail and calls to rbl card service department now finally i am mailing you about my transaction dispute, on date 20/5/16 around 4am in morning there was 8 transaction was done from my rbl credit card ([protected]), 7 transaction was 10000/- of sbi lahartara and one transaction was 5000 of industrialestae lahar which was not done by me as my card was with me only and i am residing in delhi only this transaction was done in some other state with different card, i have send 3 times scan copy of dispute form with police fir whenever i have been asked in mail, thrice i sent hard copy via courier (1. On dot awb no[protected], 2. Dtdc cn no z[protected] but till now i haven't got any positive response, and now i am getting mails, letter and calls for payment these amount which not done by me. So request to you please help me out of this, as i m getting harassed.

                        Your action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                          Please note that i applied for rbl credit card on 17th june 2016 and got reference no :#cca192s9rh.

                          I got all verification done at my office and residence too. i got multiple calls at office too for verification. i received an email from rbl bank on 6th july 2016, saying "your application for a rbl bank card has been declined as it does not meet our internal assessment criteria for details write to [protected]@rblbank.com."

                          I gave the documents to rahul field (executive) from rbl bank, executive called me on the next day itself "18th june 2016" and i gave all the papers and verification has been done positively.

                          As per rbi guidelines circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. fsd. bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.

                          I want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. my cibil was all clear as i got the credit card from citi bank in march 2016 itself.

                          If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. it is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl bank.


                          I never had any liabilities from any bank in the past. please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court against rbl bank. please clarify me where exactly my application got declined.

                              this is to inform you that.. RBl bank has done the fraud with us 2 times and now we have deiced to legal with u people i have i got a call from your bank saying sir your eligible for the maxima credit card i told them i wont apply as i have hdfc and icici they said so many things i Agreed and later they took all the document after 25 days they said we are sorry to inform we are not able to process i asked them Valid Reason as my point score was almost how can card can be rejected it effect on my civil they i called all that number witch i got at the time of apply no response .. i said leave it

                              2nd time in may i got call sir i apply card i said no .. u people are fraud they said we are soory whateber happened last time they said kindly give us document we will 100% give u credit card as we have checked, , everything is fine your record and everything .. i have given them document 10 days they said we unable to process .. same thing has happened 2 times i have speak to my legal advisor my card rejected it effeted on my civil i want both time legal reason of the card rejeted i have hdfc 3 lakh limit icci 1 lakh amex 1 lakh .. my score more then 800 how u people can do this . i want valid reason and my all document i need it back . or else face legal notice in consumer court and palaces i request you gently kindly respire as soon as possible

                                There is a personal availed by me with RBL Bank, And they charged me huge amount as Insurance, and I did not recieve any details about insurance number till today.I tried calling up Customer care multiple time all that they say isyou need to walk to branch .Branch is 30 km away from the place I stay and when I go there they say need to call customer care.was fed up with it now.Today they need some signature regarding there process change in EMI, they dont give me proper details but they ask me to sign some documents .initially when they call they start saying we are calling from RBL Bank, and when I start questioning them about Insurance they say we are third party vendors.So is RBL Bank trying to fraud us with third party ??

                                My other Major concern is I have a RBL credit card, for which I never miss the payment, will pay it on time.But I keep getting reminder calls from them saying that My amount is due, when I havnt missed any payment why is that they are call twice, trice in a day as if I am running away.and Today a Lady called REKHA, called saying its a reminder called and when I said her like I have a message and will pay it on time I dont need this calls, then she was saying your card is overdue that's the reason i am calling, WHICH WAS iNCORRECT.My card when overdue on june 3rd about 600 RS, and I immediately seeing the message depositted 1000 RS same on June 3rd.And I dont understand how come you people can talk like that.

                                When it come to your bank payment you respond and talk how ever you want with customer, but when customer somes with concern you never take responsibility.This is disgusting.

As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got home loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.                                     Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #cckm50m07a. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got a mail from rbl bank saying "your application for a rbl bank card has been declined as it does not meet our internal assessment criteria." i gave the documents to lakshmipathy (Executive), executive called and i gave all papers and verification also done positively.                                     Thanks first of all not letting me have your bank credit card. I never interested personally to apply RBL credit card due card charges and annual fee. But your bank people keep calling me multiple times and request me to apply again and again. I think it's enough of applying and learn lessons not to apply anymore in RBL Bank.

                                    Is it not funny!! I applied RBL Bank credit card on 3rd May 2018 and not approved But I applied HDFC Bank credit card on 14th May 2018 and got approved on 18th May 2018. It shows your bank standard in front of HDFC Bank or others Banks.

                                    When I called your toll-free number for RBL cc application status. The IBR says "application rejected due to technical" wow what a reason RBL Bank has for me LOL! so funny isn't? Is that reason TECHNICAL, can you explain me further please?

                                    Let me introduce you myself, . I own business software development and website designing company. I do business in Australia, USA and other 32 countries and travel many times. I hold credit card from SBI, ICICI, Indusind, Kotak and HDFC.

                                    I'm talking now to get your bank credit card. But to show you how shameful to know your bank policy or backend works not able to see the person cbil score or whether approve or not. The biggest things is funny reason is due to technical application got rejected. Oh no I don't your bank credit card anymore. I'm writing you here let you know your business and also let people know. Thanks

                                      I want exact reason why its declined because i have done all verification positive ..And i received all calls from verification also positive ..

                                      For what purpose the application was declined i want proper reason other wise i will case FIR for cheating purpose..

                                        My credit card application number- [protected]. RBL bank has rejected my application without doing any verification process. I have applied for reprocessing as requested by bank. My first reference number is - #CC2RM89NM1.
