Mujhe RBL bank or uske employees ke against complaint karni hai. maine apne card or loan ka settlement karwaya tha jiska payment mujhe february main karna tha, maine month end ke pahle hi executive ko kaha payment lene ka par usne manaa kar diya ki ab main kuch nahi kar sakta.. or mere pass payment ready tha. ab march main RBL bank wale 1 din ke 50-50 phone laga laga ke mujhe 30000 ke 55000 rupaye maang rahe hai maine unhe kaha ki late payment ka[protected] charge karke khatam kar do par ab mujhse 55000 maange ja rahe hai jabki main already priciple amount pay kar chuka hu or 1.5 saal ke andar jitna amount dena tha utna interest or penalty laga di... or mujhe bank ki taraf se galat commitment kiye gaye or mujhe fasaya gaya or dusre log mujhe call karke pareshan karte hai or dhamki dete hai.

please help me. main payment dena chahta hu par yeh kaun sa tarika hai payment lene ka ki 1 din payment karne par 30000 ke 55000 maange jaate hai

    मैने 02/02/2022 को RBL Bank credit card का 3000/- रुपये का payment amazon pay UPI से कर दिया था उन्होंने वो आजतक credit card में update किया नहीं और चार पाच बार complaint कर चुका हुं RBL Bank charges लगा रहा है
    यह payment amazon pay UPI से successfully paid हो गया है इन को वो update करना है यह Bank वाले मुझे सहीने बरसे घुमा रहे है

      I went to the local branch in panipat haryana.I gave them all documents that were required to unfreeze my digital savings account. The Executive was no nice and helpful but the backend persons are not replying and its been a long time and nothing is solved out and i am getting frustrated now

          ARUN S SATARKAR I received a SMS RESUED BUT CANCALTIONS SMS SEND NOT SMS PLEASE RQUSTIED from RBL bank R-SHIELD insurance company regarding that R shield insurance subscription. But I told, that am not interested. So please don't activate that subscription. I said repeatedly 4 or 5 times to that customer care executives. But today R shield insurance premium Rs.720 debited in my RBl bank platinum plus super credit card. Today am trying to contact RBL bank customer care. But I can't contact customer care at anyway. And also sending a mail to RBL bank customer. But I didn't received a any reply form RBL Bank.

          Kindly request to you please cancel that insurance and refund the money. Otherwise please cancel

              i have RBL credit card I already blocked the credit card But from rbl bank they are calling daily around 500 times for interest even i already blocked the credit card and not using around 1 year

                I have apply personal loan but my credit score is low .But your consultant tell me 2250 rs pay by me (Trans Id- 2202081124469382876710) for credit improvement . But my loan cancel due to credit score low so pls refund immediate my full money in my account.

                  Last year this time I applied for a simple credit card but got a card and you guys also added insurance to it which i never wanted and opted for.
                  Thanks to you that's 12000 rupees of hard earned money.
                  I complained last year but said you guys cannot do anything and I paid all that money.
                  This year again you did the same thing and this time I'm not going to leave it simply.

                  12000 rupees may be a small add-on for you but for me that's so much money.
                  You guys can try cheating some others.
                  I'm already done with this drama and those time i want explanation.

                  Who processed it and who told to process it I want every information.

Product was defected so I returned and apply for refund. the date of refund by amazon 29 Dec, 2021 and still not received payment.                         My money was debited from a credit card why & please refund my money & I don't want any insurance on my card, please remove it & refund my money to the card & named as R Sheild Insurance Renewal Premium & Transferred To EMI (R Shield-12Mth) so on this name, the amount was debited to times that is 719.80 & 719.80 so please refund my money otherwise I won't clear your money do whatever you want I won't clear the due even if you wanna file a case do I don't care I'm ready to face all the consequences...

                          Hi,

                          I have received RBL Card and was using that for the last 1 year. This feb 2022 my card has been charged for r shield insurance split & pay of Rs 712. That too without my consent. They have been calling for useless insurance but I have never given my consent to start the policy/service ever on call or message or anything. I have never given consent to give any insurance and charge me for that. They have charged my card I'm failing to understand why! Please cancel my r shield insurance as I don't need it or am least interested. Please cancel and revert back whatever I have been charged for.

                          Also, i have not made a split and pay transaction request for the amount. Why is this processing and who has instructed to do these? I have never given any consent. Please revoke my insurance and get the credit back to my account or I'll take necessary legal actions against it.
                          I have shot multiple emails to them which never got any reply.

                              RBL staff called and provided fake information about my card and it upgraded to achieve their target and they asked to send an email to downgrade the card however my fees would be waived, now they are telling pay the fees and use the card to get reward points and need to earn 14500 point reverse my fees fo the card which has Tim till August to payyvthe annual fees.

                                I was using RBL Bank World Prime card and I got a call from RBL employee stating there is a card upgrade offer available with annual fees of INR 5000.
                                I was told that i need to pay annual fees for existing card which is matured already( it has time till August), if I opt for card upgrade I would be able to get my annual fees in the form reward points. I am convinced with it and have opted for the card upgrade, later I have realised the information provided by the RBL employee was not correct and the call get disconnected.
                                I reached out customer care and informed I was convinced with fake commitment and hold my card being upgraded, one other employee advised that send an email to downgrade the card as they don't have authority to stop my card being upgraded.
                                I sent an email as they advised now RBL Bank charged fees for the card which I am using already.
                                I have escalated this to their head card service department but no use of it still chasing for the reply and and I have asked them to let me know the disciplinary action taken against that employee fo his fraudulent activity.

                                NO ONE CARES ABOUT THIS AND I STOPPED MAKING PAYMENT TO RBL AND GETTING IRRITATING CALLS FROM THEIR AGENCY.

                                  I am not able to make any more payment. I have lost my job and right now I have 3 loans running on my head an I cannot make any more payment if not they keep calling me 100 times. I tried my best. I am at a stage where I cannot do anything anymore. I am ready to settle for what I can.

                                    I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0315. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 62387/-.

                                    This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 6 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                    I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                    I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                      They are total fraud i have not taken any insurance policy r shield.. I m 29 years old and already having tata health policy. And having term plan also then why i ll buy this insurance policy this is total fraud and pls cancel thi and give my amt back... They have activated thi without my consent.. And surprised till date i dont have any policy in mail and courier and i dont even have policy document. I dont even what is benefits of policy.. Just they have fraud on my credit card.. And one more thing they are very smart also they did nt charged one time. I could notice in my statement and immediately opposed not to pay.. But they have started small emi 1385 hiddenly in my statement...

                                        I have already canceled my credit card on January 15 2022, after 1 week they have charged and deduct 15000, for insurance, does it make sense, after closing everything from my side, they are doing this, I am ot going to pay 1 rs, I will attachment please check mail i have received on cancellation card,
