Hi, This is to complain that my RBL MONEYTAP CREDITCARD has expired and on dec 2021 and i raised a complaint to RBL CC customer service that why is my card is not dispatched with renewed card. For that the response was that they dont have any details and so they took as complaint for redispatch of card this was around 15th Nov 2021. I have cancelled my Care health insurance. Policy no is 35531532 whose refund amount is Rs.4425 which was transferred by the insurance company through NEFT on 10 December 2021 but the bank didn't credit the amount to my credit card.

i did not made any transaction by myself, how can unauthorized money can be deducted, FIR & cyber crime case filed but no response...

Maine RBL Bank se credit card banwaya tha, use bhi kiya lekin jab mujhe card pasand nahi aaya to maine card ko band karane ki request daali. Bank ne mujhe saari Outstanding clear karne ko kaha, maine saari payment kar di.
Uske bawjood bank ne mere account close nahi kiya or mujhe bolaa ki aapko Rs. 378/- ki payment or karni hai uske baad aapka account close ho jaayega, lekin uske baad bhi bank ne mere account close...

So many remainders to RBL people when they called me on phone not to renew r sheild insurance and cancel credit card again not cancelled the r sheild insurance and again renewed it. Please cancel r sheild insurance and RBL credit card and refund my amount to my RBL credit card account immediately. So that I need not pay again and again. Please do it immediately....

I am Kaleeswaran, I am having RBL bank credit card ending with 7820. Actually my usage was zero, so I don't want keep this card. so i called customer care on 15/12/21 around 9.30AM and asked to close the card and adjust the card annual fee of 589 with my reward points. RBL is the worst credit card provider, they have lots of bogus charges along with the card they charge GST and CGST for every transaction, also the they always go for the highest late payment fees charges for 1500 which is higher than any other private bank, HSBC, deutche, standard chartered etc, I defaulter for a month they transferred my account to the collection agency, the collection agency will call morning afternoon evening #threatening#...

in Dec 2020 RBL Issued a New Credit Card and along with they Added R Shield Insurance Plan for Rs. 21000/- premium PA they self converted in to 12 EMI in to R's. 1895/- PM.

I waited for 3 months and then In March 2021 I requested R Sheid Insurance Policy details and documents to RBL Executives through phone in reply they said they Wil provide but they failed to provide the Insurance papers.

The issue of excess collection of Rs 9093/-
Bank had debited daily intrest on outstanding amount (daily EMI). However they had collected extra Rs 7, 499/- on 2nd जून 2020 & Rs 1, 594/- on 2nd July 2020 respectively (Total Rs 9, 093/-) apart from daily EMI amt & that amount added then in Principal outstanding loan amount & then daily intrest calculated & applied.
This amount should be refunded with intrest to us....
