I asked for the repatriation of my funds in my NRE account in RBL. My relationship manager PRIYANKA GAIKWAD facilitated me with the worst possible experience ever. During my initial conversation with the manager, I she almost promised to do it in a week or 2 and then she started procrastinating the entire process without giving me any details of why the repatriation is taking so much time. After I literally contacted her superiors to put a complaint against her is when she replied that she required an A2 form filled and signed and COURIER physically only then she will be able to process. NOTE that I live in U.S and not physically present in India. So I asked her that courier will take time internationally so is there any other way. She said that she will accept the soft copy and dispatch the funds but I still need to send the physical copy of the form which I AGREED for. I sent her the fedex label of the courier. Now again there was no conversation or follow up from her side for some days. I followed up again that where is the process? She said on Dec 23rd Thursday that I will call you on Monday Dec 27th to lock the rate. I said OK and waited for her call. There was no call. Then I still waited for entire week of Christmas and the New Year passed by and there was no call from her. Finally when my patience crossed the line, I contacted her and asked why you never called me and its more than a week without any notification or follow up from your end. But as usual there is no reply. No while I am writing this complaint, I have no other option but to file and FIR against RBL bank and that relationship manager for torturing me and keeping my hard earned money from me. It looks like a Fraud bank to me who says nice things about their NRE accounts but apparently don't want to dispatch funds to people abroad when we request for repatriation.

    Rbl executive calling and forcing to upgrade credit card, after that they said despatched new card but after 1 month also card not received, but new bill generated with extra fees for new card. I called customer care and they said card returned bcs non deliverable location. I asked them to cancel the card. Now they cancel the card but i have to pay the fees. These robbers asking me to pay fees for a product which is not yet delivered and also cancelled.

      My name is Fathima Beegam Shaik, In November 2021 i got RBL Credit card by post.but the fact is i did not applied for it. it was sent to me without my consent. We requested nearest Bajajfinserv office for cancell it because it is Co-branded card. They neglected it.around after 10 days We contacted the RBL Credit card customer care number +91 [protected] for cancellation of credit card., then we realized that how we got cheated in conversation with RBL Credit card customer support staff they said we have opted for RBL R Shield policy with policy number : 35625653 and they said that we are having due amount for RBL R Shield insurance and after clearing the 21941.14 ₹ the card will be cancelled.

      Here are the facts:
      *We did not applied for credit card but it was sent to us by post without our consent.
      *We immediately requested for RBL Card Cancellation but they did not processed our request.
      *We didn't even generated PIN to use the card, then how can we opt for RBL R Shield insurance.

      We request RBL Credit Card to cancel immediately our credit card & RBL R Shield policy.

        Checked with CC. they "Can't Canceled EMI with out paying interest".

        Why we pay interest if we canceled product if any other product amount principle amount only pay.

          Hi,

          Without my authorization RBL bank upgraded my old credit card(platinum choice supercard) to world prime supercard. Then I have requested cancellation of the card and paid my dues pending. They downgraded new card with old card and in the statement they charged (Finance Charges, Deferred Finance charges). Without using the new card or recently sent card why I need to pay the Finance charges.
          Can you please help with this issue.

            Can you please help me on the below situation, I have converted my card into EMI in November 2019 and have connected with customer care to preclose it within a month, he asked me to pay the over due amount which was something around INR 1, 10, 000/-
            after paying the amount he said to pay around INR 8, 000/- which was related to interest till date and some charge which i paid off. He confirmed me that all the task and payment have been completed from my end. Now after approx 2 year I see that a bill is being generated with outstanding of 50, 000/- around. after connecting with customer care i came to know that EMI is not closed.

            I have been following up through mail and call to customer care from the day bill was generated but no resolution and response so far.
            Collection team are calling listening the story but not able to resolve it

              Hi, i am mr, Yogesh shetty.

              I have RBL Credit card with me from last three years, ([protected]) and i noticed that RBL is charging me Rshield insurance premium on my credit card and its coming to my monthly EMI. which is clearly without my permission. and this time again coming month EMI is added Rs, 720/- as saying that renewal premium of Rshield.

              I am not purchased Rshield insurance from RBL so why they are forcefully selling me policy and charging me without my knowledge?

              Kindly look i to the same and resolve the issues and requesting to refund my deducted amount to me.

                Transaction failed but money debited from my credit card

                I did a purchase on zivame.com but the transaction got failed but the amount was deducted from my RBL Bank Credit Card. When I contacted bank for refund they said Zivame.com will refund the amount as they have received the amount. But zivame.com has confirmed me that they have not received this amount but the bank is still not crediting back the amount....

                The amount for Rshield insurance charge me in forms of emi however I did not apply for any insurance. I complaint several times but he reject my complaints. Finally I block card and pay insurance fees because it impact on my cibil score.
                Very disappointed using credit card of this bank. Fake bank.

                After cancellation of insurance and pay insurance fee they also send msg regarding insurance renewal fee.

                  Hi, This is to complain that my RBL MONEYTAP CREDITCARD has expired and on dec 2021 and i raised a complaint to RBL CC customer service that why is my card is not dispatched with renewed card.                   I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxx.xxxx.xxxx.0284 . I recently received a bill of amount rs.50000/-.

                  This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last year we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                  I can able to give 10% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 90 business days. More than 10% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                      I have cancelled my Care health insurance. Policy no is 35531532 whose refund amount is Rs.4425 which was transferred by the insurance company through NEFT on 10 December 2021 but the bank didn't credit the amount to my credit card.

                            I would like to inform you that rs24745 has been debited from RBL credit card ***************9253 on[protected] at 04:00pm by frauders and i have informed bank and blocked my credit card and also informed them about this matter & as per bank, transaction is done as OTP enabled & case has been closed.

                            i did not made any transaction by myself, how can unauthorized money can be deducted, FIR & cyber crime case filed but no response yet.

                              Maine RBL Bank se credit card banwaya tha, use bhi kiya lekin jab mujhe card pasand nahi aaya to maine card ko band karane ki request daali. Bank ne mujhe saari Outstanding clear karne ko kaha, maine saari payment kar di.
                              Uske bawjood bank ne mere account close nahi kiya or mujhe bolaa ki aapko Rs. 378/- ki payment or karni hai uske baad aapka account close ho jaayega, lekin uske baad bhi bank ne mere account close nahi kiya or mujhe call karke bolte hai ki bank ke pass appka Rs. 68/- padaa huya hai aap please card close mat karwao, hum aapka card life time ke liye free kar denge or upgrade kar denge, maine manaa kar diya or aaj date 21-12.2021 ko mujhe bank ki taraf se call aata hai kahte hai ki aap ki request reject ho gayi hai kiunki aapka outstanding pending hai jo ki Rs. 303/- hai, aap isko pay kar dijiye. Bank ne jitani baar bolo maine pay kar diya inka to ab daily ka ban gaya ki aap ka itana pending hai pay kar do. Aise to ye pataa nahin kitane logo ko lootate honge. Maine or bhi companies ke Card use kiye hai lekin unhone kabhi galat amount nahi liya. But RBL bank ne to had hi kar di inki outstanding khatam hi nahi hoti.
                              Agar is forum ke jariye meri complaint resolve ho sakti hai to Mai sirf intana hi kahunga ki please mera RBL Bank ke sath jo account hai wo close kar diya jaaye or Consumer's ko RBL Bank ke is Fraud se protect kiya jaaye. Maine bank ki taraf se aayi huyi saari call ki recording apne pass save rakhi huyi hai.

                                So many remainders to RBL people when they called me on phone not to renew r sheild insurance and cancel credit card again not cancelled the r sheild insurance and again renewed it. Please cancel r sheild insurance and RBL credit card and refund my amount to my RBL credit card account immediately. So that I need not pay again and again. Please do it immediately.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  With Reference to my card number ending 1624, and the service request number 38346154.

                                  Kindly clarify the below.

                                  I have made an EMI conversion of INR 5265 on 11th Nov 2021 for 3 months and INR 11239 on 11th Nov 2021 for 3 months through Mobile app.
                                  On 12th Nov, I received a SMS link to convert the total outstanding into EMI 25342.56 which includes various transactions, and confirmed to convert the EMI into 12 months for the same.
                                  But later I understood this total amount includes the earlier converted EMIs of INR 5265+11239.

                                  Now, I have been charged twice for the same amount.

                                  Would like to have a clarification on how the same amount is converted into EMIs TWICE.

                                  Please treat this on priority and reverse the same which was wrongly converted.

                                    I am Kaleeswaran, I am having RBL bank credit card ending with 7820. Actually my usage was zero, so I don't want keep this card. so i called customer care on 15/12/21 around 9.30AM and asked to close the card and adjust the card annual fee of 589 with my reward points. The executive taken the request and issued the service request numbers. i.e 39237292. After that the collection agency started to calling me for collect he 589 annual fee. I formed all details to them, but i got around 50 more calls from agency. I called again customer care and informed about lot of follow up calls from different different agencies for payment collection. As advised by customer care executive I paid GST of 89.82, late fee 88 and late fee GST 15.84 total INR 193.66 through payment gateway. All information mailed to RBL bank. But still collection agency calling me continuously and asking for payment. I explained as much as possible, but they are not updating the details in their data base. I totally upset and couldn't attend any phone calls due to RBL bank credit department approach. I have all right to cancel my card at anytime, but bank is behaving with consumer different way. Because of this approach I mentally affected lot. Request to help to resolve my issue and close the card at their with NO due certificate.
