Respected sir,
I am Rajan from Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu.I recently became the new customer of RPL bank through Bajaj Finserv SuperCard. The Amount of Rs 720/- was debited from my credit card account for R Shield Insurance Premium without my consent. I came to know this through the unbilled Statement summary. Please deactivate the R Shield Insurance Premium and credit the sum of Rs 720/- back to my credit card account.

2. Membership changes Rs.999 but they promise 1st year free and from 2nd year charges applicable Rs.999, refund 999

And recently, i became the new customer and user of rbl supercard (Bajajfinserv card) platinum value plus credit card. I just saw that in my unbilled summary of my credit card account there is rs. 720 of r shield insurance premium which will be billed in my next bill cycle of credit card and i was shocked... I have never agreed to have insurance for such type and even i have said to their customer care executives about do not avail me such insurance policy as i am not interested in such at all. But then also they have implemented such insurance policy on my credit card account.. I am very much disappointed and wish that i have never gone for the rbl supercard at all.. As they are cheating the customers and disrespecting their trust.. I need rs. 720 to get reversed from my credit card unbilled outstanding immediate as i am not going to pay for which, i have never asked for this insurance and kindly refund my amount asap..

Please note that 1399 has been deducted from my credit card (x8721) without my concern . How the bank provide such facilities without customer concern, I do not need any such service and request you kindly not encourage such services.

I have a new card issued by RBL Bajaj Super Card. How ever since yesterday all transactions get declined stating it’s exceeded the limit set by me. I have no limit set on the card and have check mobile banking and Internet banking to ensure I have no transactions limit set. Yet, over and over the card sets declined and it’s embarrassing and frustrating at the same time. The bank ate my head to take one and to upgrade it. But when I did now it won’t work. The customer Care number is useless as u can never talk to an agent. Close my card.

Hi i am Ravinder Kumar and i use rbl bank super credit card.my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 21000 thousand rupees this insurance is deduct my card without my consent.and EMI is 1895.42+gst. Hi i am Kavitha and I use rbl sper credit card .but R shield insurance is activated on my card the premium of 21000/- which was deducted and convert into emi without my consent, i don't want any insurance its my humble request you to cancel this policy and refund my amt .

The RBL Bank has automatically deducted Rs 720 and Rs 600 against R Shield Insurance without any confirmation from the user end.
There is no confirmation given from my end to activate the same.
A total of Rs 1320 has been deducted.

Resolution Needed: Cancel the Insurance and refund the amount / No need for RBL Credit card i.e. cancel the credit card

Please cancel my R Shield Plan. I didn't opted for it.

I need your help as early as possible in this matter.

I have sent an email to rbl bank credit card department given to bajaj finserv customer care stating the below issue that my card has been debited with some sort of insurance which costs 21000 rs without my permission. I have informed the executive that I do not need any kind of insurance when he called me. I have also emailed to cancel this policy. As I am not interested in any such policies. Still the executive charged my credit card.

I have attached the below mail for your reference. Also I have attached a screenshot where in you can see that the amount of 21000 is being charged to my credit card. I do not need any kind of insurance. Please cancel and return the amount to my credit card. Please check the attached image for your reference.

Please cancel my R shield insurance 720rs i m not take any insurance so please cancel this insurance.

NACH Payment Bounced on 02/11/2020 and paid my Over Dues manually on 03/11/2020 and also paid NACH Bounce Charges charged by Bank but still there is a lien Amount in my account.
Why there is lein amount even after paying charges.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible....

Today I got a call from a girl who stolen 2375 rs from my rbl account via Razor pay payment gateway

Without the account holder consent they had downgrading the card, while asking they apologize and agreed for it happened by mistake. Even though they didn't left without that, they looted my hard earned Reward points worth 90000 from my rewads portal. Regarding this I asking justification from July 2020 . As of now they were not credit back reward points, also thier Irresponsible Nodal officers were not even reading the emails or replying back atleast for an courtesy.
I lost my reputation and reliability of this bank, I am fed-up because of thier illegal fraud activities being taken care by thier backend and own management team. The respective nodal officers were very supportive for this illegal activities which been taken care by. So I learner very bad experience with this bank and backend team.
I humbly request everyone kindly dont choose to apply or decide to get RBL bank credit card. They were very big frauds, I couldn't see any such bank like this.
Even very small local co-operative banks without any backbone were running genuinely. This fraud RBL bank is worst bank in lifetime . Not only bank thier customer service, supervisor, Nodal officers all of them were seems to be fraud, you won't get any proper justice or resolvance for your grievances.

Hi this is prakash. pH no [protected]. I am using RBL Bank platinum credit card. Recently there was 2 transactions 600+720rs for R sheild insurance premium even though I said I am not interested in such plans. Still the credit card department made the transactions. Please sort it out as early as possible. Thank you.
