Dear Team,

I need your help as early as possible in this matter.

I have sent an email to rbl bank credit card department given to bajaj finserv customer care stating the below issue that my card has been debited with some sort of insurance which costs 21000 rs without my permission. I have informed the executive that I do not need any kind of insurance when he called me. I have also emailed to cancel this policy....

Please cancel my R shield insurance 720rs i m not take any insurance so please cancel this insurance....

NACH Payment Bounced on 02/11/2020 and paid my Over Dues manually on 03/11/2020 and also paid NACH Bounce Charges charged by Bank but still there is a lien Amount in my account.
Why there is lein amount even after paying charges.
Please resolve my issue as soon as possible....

Today I got a call from a girl who stolen 2375 rs from my rbl account via Razor pay payment gateway...

Without the account holder consent they had downgrading the card, while asking they apologize and agreed for it happened by mistake. Even though they didn't left without that, they looted my hard earned Reward points worth 90000 from my rewads portal. Regarding this I asking justification from July 2020 . As of now they were not credit back reward points, also thier Irresponsible Nodal officers were not even reading the emails or replying...

Hai i am M.santhosh kumar i am using RBL Credit card i didn't buy any insurance on my card but R-Shield insurance is activated on my card snd the premium of Rs. 15720/- is deducted in my card without my concern. Hi this is prakash. pH no [protected]. I am using RBL Bank platinum credit card. Recently there was 2 transactions 600+720rs for R sheild insurance premium even though I said I am not interested in such plans. Still the credit card department made the transactions. Please sort it out as early as possible. Thank you....

On 30th October rbl bank without informing

charged an r shield insurance policy on my credit

card and on 30th cpp insurance policy. I never ever

gave any consent to either of them. I want

immediate action to cancel both the policies.

I have been chasing the bank and the people for almost months now though I have faced huge fiancial loss, I received a text message which confirmed to me that the payment can me made in EMIs later on when I called up the person in charge of the payment was not available, then I received a reply to make the payment of 5700 and then they can create EMIs from next billing cycle, since then none of your Executives is answering my calls or replying...

I don't want any kind of insurance, the amount of RS 720/- deducted without my concern.Do the needful & reverse my deducted amount.

Kindly cancel the rshield insurance in my Rbl credit card.it cost around 21000 which is not siutable for me.its highly disgusting I have raised complaint many times but not resolved yet....

I have received RBL credit card recently. but they have activated r shield insurance policy along with that and that card is showing 12000 outstanding in my card details..

kindly resolve this.
and i wanted to cancel the complete services from RBL card and that dummy insurance policy....

Hi I am Chandrakanta Devi Verma and I use RBL super card . I have not bought or issued any r shield premium insurance and I haven't got any notification about it but in my card it shows that I have bought r shield premium insurance of 21000 rupees, and this insurance increased my outstanding without my consent . So, I don't want this r shield premium insurance and its a humble request to cancel the insurance and deduct the outstanding shows...

I have requested to close the credit card which was not done and now i am charged with annual fee of Rs 3000 which is ridiculous. Trying to reach customer care but call doesn't connect and i have sent mail but no reply....

All the case id from head of card service Rbl bank..But problem not resolved.
i done my jio recharge Rs 399 thro rbl card.But recharge was declined. when I asked rbl customer care it was done success .They asked to contact jio. They clearly mailed to me that the amount was declined mentioning the card...

I didnt purchase r shield insurance but Rs.21000 Has been debited from my credit card account.kindly cancel that insurance and refund the amount to my account...
