Dear rbl credit card team this is really pthatic service my rbl credit card payment of rs 27, 186.90 were debit from by yes bank account and i have reference details but rbl team can’t find it please credit my money or refund your system is bad razorpay was your payment gateway

    Hi,
    My name is Hameeda Hussaini, recently 4days back I received a rbl bank super card and on 29/08/2020 some amount deducted without knowing me..

    I m not going go pay that amount 720 rupees which u people have deducted I want my amount back in my card bloody hell how dare without customer knowledge how can u people do such things...

    I WILL NOT PAY .. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY CARD... I

    Problem not yet resolved no one contacted me from RBL bank... And they are just ignoring my msgs on Facebook, insta, and on YouTube.. They don't have right to cheat customer like ths..complaint [ID: 2703660] Today date is 6/9/2020.. Still I didn't received call from rbl bank representative... And i received a mail. From insurance company as welcome... I don't want that insurance how. Many times I have to Mail n updates my complain here... What u people. Are doing??? I want my refund which they gave debited without my information... We regret to inform that we could not process your Request [20405031] for "Insurance" on your RBL Bank Credit Card... Today 9/9/2020 I received msg what nonsense since many days I m doing follow up they said they will solved bloody fuckers how dare.. Without informing amout debited for. Nonsense insurance.. The one who running R Sheild Insurance is bloody number one cheater... Useless RBL BANK STAFF N CALL CENTERS ONE WHO ARE CHEATING CUSTOMER ONLINE...     ATTACHED IS A PROOF WHAT I PAID TO ### RBL. PEOPLE..

    IF THEY FINISH. ### WITH EACH OTHER ASK. THEM. TO. UPDATE OTHERWISE IN FRONT OF MEDIA I WILL DISCLOSE ABT RBL THAT NO ONE WILL THINK TO OPEN ANY ACCOUNT I THR BANK EVER

    The Coustomer are saying the Personal Acedent Insurance 65rs & Card Protection plan in just 54.15 rs
    The total amount Coustomer saying in 199.15
    but! The amout is deducted 600 + 720
    This is not good

      I have been recently charged 720/- on my credit card for r sheild insurance by the RBL bank.. I have not been asked or taken my concern for providing any insurance.. purely this is code of conduct and consumer rights.. kindly reward back my amount.. I am not bound to pay any amount which I have not entitled for or to..

        rbl moratorium on my cards and loan - harassing

        Dear rbl team,

        My name is hakeem and i had applied for moratorium on my cards (Ending with 0804 & 5797) dues and loan (Loan a/c ending with 4775) by sending mail and calling your bank customer care team.

        Due to covid19 and lock down, i had lost everything and my financial position so bad that i am not position to pay my rent and run family.

        Inspite of my sending many mails to the customer care...

            I have tried for over a week to change address on my bank account but Mr. Manish Tolani of customer care RBL madhu milan branch indore is not ready to accept any document, and keep on misbehaving with me even after repeated requests.
            I have submitted self attested copy of Aadhar, also I have given him gas connection receipt 1 month old in original, but he is not accepting, same documents i have used to change my address in Axis and Sbi bank.
            even he is not letting me meet his manager, very dissappointed with the service. I will close my account with RBL bank

              Sir this is seriously not fair harassing so much and abusing so much like hell not able to understand someone's problem I m jobless now and my business also ruined and I m telling them I m trying to make the payment but then too harassing and reaching my house and harassing and also why such useless people chatting on WhatsApp don't they have some brains pathetic service and due to interest my limit got exceed and I m trying that I will make the payment on what time I have given but then too they are harassing again and again pls do something this is not acceptable in this pandemic situation

                Hi i am Vinod b and i use rbl bank super credit card. I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 600 hundered this insurance is deduct my card without my consent. I am not want any insurance please cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I am very thankful to you.

                  RBL Bank is such a low!! I never opted for any kind of Rshield protection plan cover of 600 but they charged me without my consent. You literally loot people for no reason. Are you even a trusted bank? Shame on you!! You guys are just ruining your goodwill and reputation. Please do re-credit Rs600 asap. I don't want any kind of insurance and stop harassing people like this. Stop looting our hard earned money. You'll reap what you sow. Reverse back in kind!!

                    I am Fahim Akhtar, from Bangalore india.

                    Recently, i became the new customer and user of rbl supercard (Bajajfinserv card) platinum value plus credit card. I just saw that in my unbilled summary of my credit card account there is rs. 720 of r shield insurance premium which will be billed in my next bill cycle of credit card and i was shocked... I have never agreed to have insurance for such type and even i have said to their customer care executives about do not avail me such insurance policy as i am not interested in such at all. But then also they have implemented such insurance policy on my credit card account.. I am very much disappointed and wish that i have never gone for the rbl supercard at all.. As they are cheating the customers and disrespecting their trust.. I need rs. 720 to get reversed from my credit card unbilled outstanding immediate as i am not going to pay for which, i have never asked for...

                      One of the third grade credit card service provider. Even in lockdown they didn't stop harrassing people. Even though i have opted for moratorium they never stopped harrassing. Evey day mails, sms, calls to torture. It's a bank with most unprofessional employees. They straight away threaten you if you don't obay to wat they say.

                      It's even waste to say third grade also your below that level. Closing the card and i will make aware to as many people as i can about this fraud, unethical bank.

                                I received a phone call to confirmed my details and at that time my employment background verification was going on and I provided it thinking it was that.
                                Then I received an RBL Credit card, having never applied for the card.
                                I never used the card for even Re1.
                                Yesterday I got this email with a yearly membership charge of 1000 plus GST. I have attached screenshot of the bill here for reference.
                                I refuse to pay this 'RANSOM'.

                                  Dear sir we get RBL Bank Super credit card and with out any use the bank send me a bill of amount Rs.2999+GST.the bank said it is your membership fees and insurance premium. while at the time of purchasing credit card they told me it is free for one year and never by any policy through RBL Bank. we got a call regarding insurance but I clearly denied to buy a insurance.we got continuously mail and massage from RBL bank regarding bill. when we get a bill at fist time we contact Super credit card customer care number regarding the bill but they tell me we will contact you later. after that government declared Lock down due to covid-19 and we can not connect to RBL customer care number but we compliant regularly through mail.but bank does not agree to my concern. and he forced to pay the bill.while we does not use a single time of this credit

                                    Credit card payment failed but money got debited from the account

                                    Address: Vasco - Goa

                                    I have completed transaction today by crediting Rs. 20000/- from my SBI account. Money got debited from the account but not featuring in the RBL credit card. My card ending number in 8593 and reference number is SSBI[protected]GAJEVWKZ24.

                                    Kindly check at the earliest and initiate my refund process.

                                    Worst moratorium service ever. Why did govt enable the moratorium services. You guys keep nagging a person who has applied to moratorium. Worst people worst bank . Shame on such banks and they owner of the bank. Shame on u guys.
