I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 600 hundered this insurance is deduct my card without my consent. RBL Bank is such a low!! I never opted for any kind of Rshield protection plan cover of 600 but they charged me without my consent. You literally loot people for no reason. Are you even a trusted bank? Shame on you!! You guys are just ruining your goodwill and reputation. Please do re-credit Rs600 asap. One of the third grade credit card service provider. Even in lockdown they didn't stop harrassing people. Even though i have opted for moratorium they never stopped harrassing. Evey day mails, sms, calls to torture. It's a bank with most unprofessional employees. They straight away threaten you if you don't obay to wat they say.

It's even waste to say third grade also your below that level. Closing the card and i will make...

As mentioned in the subject line r-shield insurance premium refund, without consent amount is being deducted. Kindly refund the deducted amount. And stop the service. Not at all interested in this insurance policy. Even no has ever taught that how to use this insurance and what are the charges or amount coverage.

I received a phone call to confirmed my details and at that time my employment background verification was going on and I provided it thinking it was that.
Then I received an RBL Credit card, having never applied for the card.
I never used the card for even Re1.
Yesterday I got this email with a yearly membership charge of 1000 plus GST. I have attached screenshot of the bill here for reference.

I have completed transaction today by crediting Rs. 20000/- from my SBI account. Money got debited from the account but not featuring in the RBL credit card. My card ending number in 8593 and reference number is SSBI[protected]GAJEVWKZ24.

Kindly check at the earliest and initiate my refund process.

Worst moratorium service ever. Why did govt enable the moratorium services. You guys keep nagging a person who has applied to moratorium. Worst people worst bank . Shame on such banks and they owner of the bank. Shame on u guys....

On 15/08/2020 in my credit card 10 fraud transaction happens automatically at 07:46 pmall 10 transaction amount is 3596.11 so total amount is 10*3596.11=35961.1i call rbl 24*7 customer number but executive not available. After that transaction message i got call from rbl excutive i said him i didnt do that transaction. So he only block mycard. I said him about fraud transaction so he says me contact customer care for that issue but customer...

During march, i got a call from rbl bank representative in regards to upgrading my credit card ending with 5972. I upgraded to a world plus super card on his recommendation for which joining fees is 4999 + taxes. However, on that call, he promised me i will get a 20% cashback on this fees, which will reflect in my first statement. I was happy, since i liked the card features and was also getting a 20 % cashback on the fees.

But...

Iam guravaiah. I have rbl platinum plus super card. On[protected] without my consent r shield insurance premium was activated. Rs 600 amount was deducted from my account. I don't want require any insurance premium. Kindly request you cancel the insurance premium and refund the amount.

I have a rbl bank credit card. and r shield insurance policy. i sent an email requesting that to close both. they are charging 1400 as service charges for credit card and urging me to pay the amout evernthough i sent an email for deactivate both the card and policy. they are not picking and responding my call when i call their customer care...

Why moratorium has been provided by rbi? And why you people are not listening to them? See the attached screenshots, there are more than 50 numbers that i have added to the block list. I know there are outstanding on my credit card and i know when is the last date of moratorium and i know when to pay a it. I hold a rbl credit card. I was not informed about its annual charges of rs.999/- and was charged it. I requested them to clear those charges, but they have not done that. I requested to close the credit card, but kept applying charges on it, which was rs.1800/-.
