K venkatesh g bearing credit card number : [protected] have been activated for r shield insurance premium without my permission i have really shocked by seeing this kindly deactivate the premium if not just take your card or else i will not even pay a single rupee for not activating this option. Dear Sir/Madam,

As I'm Amal Stalin hold RBL Super Credit Card, I swipe the card 10th March and need to pay the Credit amount on 01st April 2020 only, Suddenly Mr PM announced for the lock down for Covid-19, so I miss to pay the credit card payment on date, As per RBI guideline I mail to the bank regards about the Credit Moratorium legally.

But the Collection Agency called me on April onward I will explained it clearly about my situation sure I will make the payment after lock down bcoz my nature job cannot able to work form home, so past month salary is not credited on my account please try to understand my situation will explain clearly .. so far the agency will try force to make minimum payment. Again I explain to her mam we don't know how long will be lock down extended but I survey to live its very difficulty now.

After 17th May 2020 onward I can recv 10 to 15 calls from RBL super Credit Card collection Agency each a call I will explain it but that guys not yet all lisent what I'm saying while disconnect call time for her safety ( Sir just asking to clear the Minium Balance not asking to pay the full amount)

I really tired to pick the call and explain it again and again, some of the tell callers I asked to need stop call regards about it means suddenly will disconnect the call. Next day some one called me I need to talk to manager, she simply replied manager cannot to spy all customers so when u pay the amount just tell me if not pay the amount the call should be come random she harassment speaking..

Tdy that means 28th May 2020 I recv 8calls from RBL credit card Agency will smoothly I start to explain what before did other callers same id it .. but Today I got chance to speak manager but we don't know he is manager or not I ask the employe ID he not ready to give but one thing clarify It Once we make the payment send the screen short his what's app means he will block the call from agency, I asked him sir I agree so Covid -19 all are impact to pay the due amount and credit card dues regularly but u call the customer will ask the quire why should update on ur system and block the call, if what he promise not fullfill means again to call the customer.

I don't Know how effect of this compinat letter, but heartly said if the rbl bank going do give trocher means better I will subside that is better solution to avoid the call . what the effect from RBL bank.

As i was registered for moratorium period even though rbl ivr is continuously calling me to clear pending dues daily 7-10 calls, since lockdown i did not get salary how can i pay? I want to sue rbl for disturbing and pressuring me.

I received statement on this month i which i saw a deduction of rs 600 for rshield insurance premium but i had never opted or asked about this premium the how the bank on thier own can activate the insurance without the confirmation of the customer. This is a one type of fraud activity done by the bank. It should be reported to rbi that without prior information their is unauthorized transaction done by the bank. I should get my refund as i am not all interested in the insurance

I have been charged with finance charges in my last 2 statements in & april & may month rs 357, 157 & 400 rs. I don't know what are these charges?? I have no information about this. None of your executive also told me on call while selling this card to me..
Kindly explain to me these charges..
I will not pay these charges. I haven't charged these in my lifetime. I have hdfc & icici credit card also from last 6 years..

Pls resolve this issue, i will not pay these charges.. I am not getting any response from rbl

I am using rbl credit card and i have requested rbl team almost 10times on call or email regarding card cancellation and for membership charge reversal. I got a call from rbl team mr. Shiva (Executive) told me to pay charges ₹992 except the membership fee to process card cancellation and i did the same but he didn't turned up till now my outstanding is not updated and no reply regarding card cancellation.

From rbl bank credit card emi i purchase mobile wort rs.4849 on february 80because of some reason i cancel the product so next day only i get amount refund so after that 2 month i don't get any bill from rbl bank so after that they suddenly charge me 585 every month for next 9 month stating that you need to pay intrest on that. If bank getting full amount refund on 2 days before bill genration that y should i pay intrest i am not understanding rbl bank rules regulations and suddenly they decrease my credit limit also without informing me. There was rbl fraud customer care numbers in facebook messenger. As the customer care numbers i dialled from google are not connecting, i dialled to the customer care number from messenger. They made me download an app called ‘any desk’ and insisted to put my credit card details there for verification but actually they have debited 10k+ amount from it, i immediately uninstalled the app and scolded them and still they were making me believe they will refund it and asking to open the app. The phone nos are: [protected], [protected], [protected]. Every month deducting financial charges for what purpose, if 1 day gets delayed charging amount. of 700.not able to get claim reward points.

I have received rbl credit card on 12/06/2019 without informing charged an r shield insurance policy from rbl bank credit card i want immediate action to cancel the above policy & not continue, not renewable the policy

With due to regard, it is to inform that on 05.05.2020 at 12.03 am ist a 12 fraud transaction rupee 79.0 inr has been made for google proxima beta and 1 fraud transaction rupee 706.74 inr has been made for spkpnbu mrarxv, total fraud transaction amount :- 1496.74 inr has been mode, without using otp validation from my rbl bank credit card.
However, i didn't made any such transaction as i have 15.03.2020 and after...

I have been charged with rs. 1177.11 charged as annual charges in april month 2020. Earlier to the issuance of the card the sales executive told me there will be no annual charges and any other kind of charges would be levied on the card. On that basis only i agreed to avail their card. All this one year i have used the card very rarely. Now they charged me an annual fee. I have put a complaint to customer care email and they replied on other than my original complaint.
In addition to this i got surprised today to see rs.600/- again chared as some r shield renewal charges. I have no clue about this rshiled. No executive is calling before doing any transactions. I want to cancel this credit card and do not wish to have any relationship with rbl. I have been misguided by the sales personnel and now the company is charging a hefty amount without my knowledge. I need a solution for this.
