i am sukanta mishra, A customer of bajaj capital of personal loan and credit card of rbl, i want to convey RBL credit card charges are baseless, none is there proper to respond, the customer care.The worst service, none is there to give proper service when someone raise a complain, the supervisor attending the call after waiting i hour, that i am talking about i month back before lockdown.now none is there to respond, but that person if not pay the bill they will charge like anythings.i want a RBI interference as a general customer.no one is there to solve our problems.Even in personal loan of Bajaj their tie up bank without giving any notice they deducted the emi of personal loan at the time of lock down.they are worst bank as per all customers..
can i get a solution, can someone interfer in this matter
