    Hello,
    I am deepak vishwakarma the rbl credit card holder.
    Sir,
    This is to inform you that on march 16 one of my payments toward "libertyvideoco" has been debited from the rbl credit card but the payment has not yet received by the "libertyvideoco". still, my payment is pending since that date and not refunded. Kindly short out my problem before the next statement of the credit card.
    RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have not withdrawn mo ey using my RBL supercard however there are multiple charges for cash advance fee on my credit card.

    What this is for I am disputing the charges on card.

    I have not withdrawn the money using my credit card from any ATM Till date.

    Hence charges are not legit I am disputing the charges

      As i saw i can use my supercard to transfer outstanding bill of other credit card to bajaj rbl super card. I tried the same via cred app and used amazon pay limited upi gateway but unfortunately added rs 20000 in amazon pay wallet. I am unable to revert the transaction. I tried customer care but none available to pick my call i even mailed but everything goes invain resulting me in deep trouble. I am very much upset.

        transaction error

        This is natarajan r, one of the existing credit card holder of rbl bank. I tried to pay my credit card due of rs.2254.91/- through rbl my card app dated 05/04/2020.
        But during transaction due to some technical error the transaction got failed. But the amount got debited from my account but the due amount still not got paid. It remains as a pending due. So, i request to refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

        Hi rbl bank, i never received your credit card, but still bill got generated for me, i got mail for payment of outstanding amount and i am continuous getting alerts on my ohone mail for the due payment, i dont have any idea how to do payment without any details even i dont know my card number or anything, i am trying to reach out to your executives but i am unable to do so. Help for the same....

        RBL credit card has charged my card ending with 1200 for Rs.354 each twice on account of cash advance fee inclusive of Gst on[protected] &[protected].
        I have not made any cash withdrawl on my credit card. And was never charged in this way in my life and unable to understand the reason of debit.

          I paid my credit card bill but it's not updated in my account

          Hi,
          I have paid credit card bill due of rs.4575 to my rbl credit card with number ending with 7729 through the phone pay app. The amount of rs.4575 has been deducted from my hdfc bank account, but it was not credited in my rbl credit card account.

          I haven't received any payment confirmation from rbl bank also.

          Due to covid-19 conditions, rbl customer support is not available.

          Hi,
          I have paid credit card bill due of rs.10000/- to my rbl credit card ending with 7714 through the netbanking of hdfc account. The amount of rs.10000/- has been deducted from my hdfc bank account, but it was not credited in my rbl credit card account.

          I havent received any payment confirmation from rbl bank also.

          Due to covid-19 conditions, rbl and hdfc customer support is not available.

          Kindly help me with the process to proceed with.?

            Membership fees charged in statement which i have received recently for mar-20 this was said me about membership fees u will not charge any charges & fees i have call recording for this but how can the bank charge these things, and i have given complaint against on 2703/20 but not respond. But how can i pay the bill by deducting that charge or with charge

              Number of fraud transactions done today on[protected] without any otp/pin/swiping the card. This is very bad in security of the card. The following amounts are deducted in my card without my presence

              Total amount of rs.9012/- has done fraud n my card. Please kindly solve the issue and reverse the transactions.

As u all are aware that our rbi has teleases a press note that all emi of all types of banks have postponed for 3 months.                   I'm the credit card user of rbl bank since one year.. Actually i have used only rs.40k for this card but i have paid more than 1l.. They have charged me overdue charges, financial charges and it's gst annual charges and many hidden charges.

                  Two months before rbl executive was called to me for converting outstanding amount to emi. So it's comes rs.49k includes emi charges. I'm also ipde the same. The problem is, i have paid rs.50k.

                  But again it's showing 7446 is the outstanding.. I was totally disappointed and called to rbl executive, they were told there is a charges applicable for precloser.. Before convert the emi he has promised me there is no charge for that. Pls take-up action against this kind of fraud...

                  They are threatens and force to make a payment or else you may face big problems from our side.. Pls need your help...🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 hope you take a serious issue

                    I HAVE EMAIL MY COMPLAIN ON [protected]@rblbank.com on 21.03.2020. No reply even after reminding 4 times and now due date for payment is approaching fast on 06.04.2020.Even I have email on [protected]@rblbank.com. My issue is
                    PLS LET ME KNOW HOW IN 1 MONTH Rs.500.00 PAYABLE BECOMES Rs.1054.59. What is a calculation of this interest amount and what rate?

                    I AM NOT GETTING THIS DETAILS SINCE LAST 11 DAYS AND DUE DATE OF PAYMENT IS 06.04.2020. IF I MAKE PAYMENT OF Rs.500.00 THIS BANK WILL EVY INTEREST ON INTEREST AND CREATING DIFFICULT SITUATION.

                      I have received my credit card on 12/06/2019 rbl bank without informing charged an r shield insurance policy from july/2019 to june/2020 (12 emi) per month sum of rs 537. 38 /- l want immediate action to cancel the membership at the present time & future stage. Already informed every monthly by phone message several times they don't respond and no replay.

                        I got my first credit card bill a few days ago. They have billed some insurance called "r shield" in the bill. I do not remember when i applied for this insurance. I am trying to contact the customer care but the contact number does not connect and no one replies to the email address.
                        I do not want to pay any insurance on the card. Either cancel the insurance and refund the amount or cancel the card itself. I do not want to pay an annual fee or insurance. There is plenty of lifetime free credit cards available in the market. I am already using 4-5 free credit cards. I never faced this kind of fraud. Bad experience with rbl card.

                          Myself harikrishnan one of your rbl credit card holder this bring to your notice at the time of card application the your rbl executive named dhanalakshmi cont no [protected]
                          She told and assured there will be no joining and membership fees so i trusted and got a card in book my show. After that i'm receiving the statement for the value for 3540 rs. This is not at all acceptable and cheeting without knowledge of customer. How i supposed to pay instead i had clearly asked with your bank executive. Please refer the attachment for her commitment and arrange to rollback or waive the charges value asap. Awaiting your reply. Or else will escalate to higher management level and will call up in consumer forum and i have voice record also

                              Dear rbl bank,
                              Its very disappointing from bank rbl that you sending me statement upon statement where as i didn't purchased anything from your card... Even though i don't have any banking relationship with rbl bank and i had rejected this card and asked courier boy to return it to bank.

                              Since i don't have card and don't know the card number, you sent me rs. 791.32 bill, without spending anything from your card how you can generate this statement.
                              I have tried your customer care number and i had a worst experience with it. I am saying its a worst customer service which never connect a call to customer care. How would you charge on my name when i rejected your services.
                              This is kind request, please resolve this issue and close my account as soon as possible and block the card.

                                I have applied for express credit cash of rbl bank credit card from the rbl bank credit card app. The money was not credited till now to my sbi account number but its showing in my rbl credit card debit balance. Its completely a fraud and should be refunded with penalty so bi customer will be harassed.

                                  Hello, i have applied for 45000 express cash amount got debited from rbl credit card but not credited to my bank account and i have called customer care also but there is no response from them.
                                  Whom should i contact and get my money back? If amount not credited into my account then i'm not responsible to pay emi against cash loan.

                                  I also send one or more mails to *[protected]@rblbank.com*? But not get any answer from card service team of rbl bank.

                                  Will applied amount credit into my account? If yes then how much time to take against the process?

                                  This is really fraud and cheating customer.
