I have received my super card on the month of april 2019. On the date of 2nd may 2019 i have seen that there is a payment of r shield insurance premium of rs 600. At the time of issuing the card i have clearly told that i don't want any insurance then why there is a charge of insurance. Please cancel the insurance right now. And also please tell me the process of submitting name hari shanker bajpai card no. [protected] & mobo.[protected]

    Bill is generated on 14th of every month and the due date is 2nd of the Next month. However the Customer service executives continue to call on daily basis from 20th of every month mentioning as reminder call. Each day i have been receiving minimum of 15 calls from various Mobile numbers telling RBL Executive. Its become a Mental harassment from past 3 months. Especially month ends every employee is mentally stressed with the Job based tension on top this kind of behavior from the executive is worst kind of Nightmares.

    I have raised the complaint in consumers affairs Court and the Docket number provided for the same is 1878823.

      I am hr of a company and one of the employee bought the credit card and dint paid the emi so the rbl bank person called the office telephone and inquired about him & i noted the number of bank person gave the same to the credit card holder. But that bank person again called me in the office number and asked me about the credit card holder later she asked my name. After 30 minutes she called in my personal number, how can they take the personal information from the bank site with same company and abuse me like this and asking about the same person and she used very abusive language with me, i don't know how these kind of creatures are selected for bank job. She is not giving respect. I don't know whether the bank person is educated or not she is talking like rowdy.

        Good afternoon,

        I have rbl bank credit card loan "[protected]". I have taken credit card loan from rbl of rs. 226000/- i have paid many installment of loan. I am regular customer of rbl credit credit and loan account. I have used rbl credit card last 3 4 years. And made full payments on time before due dates. But from last 3-4 months i have make no payments. Last few months i have many losses in business. At this time my financial condition is not goods. I am not able to pay outstanding amount at this time.

        Rbl recovery staff call me & my relatives and my realatives office's everyday. They threatened us and use abuse language everyday. I have asked many times don't used abused language but their behavior is same. I have all recording of rbl staff calls. They harass me.

        I have many complained to rbl customer care by mails and calls and requested them pls ask your staff don't use abuse language. But no any response from rbl bank. Rbl staff behavior is same.

        Today rbl staff again call me and same behave use abuse language and harass me and my family. "they called my all relatives and their office employees for payment & use abuse language. Take my all relatives on call conference and talk with me in abuse language.

        I am very mentally disturb. I don't understand what can i do?. Please help & call me urgently.

        So your requested please solve my problems & how can we solve this problems. I know am liable for outstanding amount. But no any one used abused language and threatened me and my family & other relatives as per rbi guidelines. RBL Bank side no any response. I have many times mailed them and calls.

        So please help. And contact me urgently.

          I have received my super card on the month of jan 2020. On the date of 20 jan 2020, i have seen that there is a payment of r shield insurance premium of rs 600. At the time of issuing the card i have clearly told that i don't want any insurance then why there is a charge of insurance. Please send the documents regarding the health insurance right now.

              Hi i am aqil siddiqui one of the customer who is cheated by rbl bank...30 days before i got call from rbl insurance customer care regarding r shield insurance subscription that time i clearly told to rbl customer care person i don’t have any interest in any type of insurance subscription.. Even through they had activated.. Yesterday i got my credit statement stating that r shield insurance premium rs.1000/- how come if a customer is not interested in particular thing how you people activate without their knowledge.. Now i don’t want to pay premium.. Pls take immediate action on the above incident other wise come and take your credit card.

                I have been receiving abusive calls on my mobile phone and workplace boardline number from some rbl bank recovery agent for some credit card payments of a distant relative.

                The lady's name is sharmila sawant and has been harassing me and workers at my workplace with incessant calls on the company landline number (50 calls within 2-3 hours!) for the past 3 days. I'm in no way involved in this debt recovery and don't even have an rbl bank account (Thankfully!). Have filed a complaint with the police who have suggested to send a legal notice to rbl bank. Meanwhile, the harassment continues with threats to show up and create a scene at my workplace for some money that i don't even owe them!

                Can anything be done to manage this situation?

                Very Bad service, someone else takes the card but they call someone else for it, even now a days they have started calling on whatsapp and office landline number too, I'm not sure what kind of business is this but whatever it is, it's not a good gesture to run a bank,

                Suggestion or tips

                If anyone get regular call from them just accept the call and put beside on table.

                If they harassing you on your working days, do same with them on your week days.

                Try to connect with them via Whatsapp video call, once they accept take a screenshot of the person who are calling and using abuse and put FIR against them After doing the payment.

                Hope this will help you to get rid-off from the RBL HARASSING services.

                  I have an rbl bank credit card and have used it during needy times. I was promptly repaying for a few months. Unfortunately, due to loss of job and financial crises i could not make any payments. I was getting calls everyday and the recovery agents started coming home and harrassing my wife and a small baby. I was forced to vacate the house by my owner because of these agents. Now they have been calling my relatives and friends asking them to pay on my behalf by saying that i have given their reference which is not true.

                  It is illegal to harass my friends and relatives to collect the money. Even though i told them that i am willing to settle it they did not get back to me. Suddenly, they came back after a couple of months and ask me to settle it immediately which is not practical. I have also sent them mails for settlement but no use. They have abused my friends and relatives with vulgar words. They are all very scared and have been calling me to find out what was happening. What right do they have to call them and hold them responsible for the money that i have to pay? They have put all o[censored]s through mental trauma. they call about 100 times a day when i am at work and it is not possible to receive any calls at work unless on break. They say that since i didnt receive their calls they called my friends and relatives. Moreover, they are not even from the bank. They are from recovery agencies. Rbi regulations say that they cannot harass but they are doing it. Please take action against them.

                    I have credit card of rbl and i have good payment track. Still recovery agent harasing me for make advance payment. When i complaint to customer care the hack my card to stole.42000 rupee. I registered police complaint n submit same to rbl but they continue sending goon at my home place creating ful gundagardi. I make complaint in rbl many time. But they didn't listen

                      Worst customer service, i have due of 6500 rps on feb 2 2020, but am getting calls daily before 10 days to pay my payment, it's mental torcher, all others also getting the same kind of calls, and also i'm not able to contact them, my worst decision is taking credit card in rbl, i need someone to take action against rbl in chennai, they are calling from customer care and i don't see anyone responding to the calls

                        Company representative has forced me to buy the new rbl bank bajaj credit card and at the time of new application representative told me that it is free of cost and i m shocked to see the bill of 1100 on the end of the first month. Also d beauty is that i hv not yet activated the card yet and i got d bill.
                        I hv registered the complaint in rbl grievances but they wantedly not taking any action which is creating the doubt that it was the involvement of bank management to grab the amount from poor people.

                          RBL credit card delivered to my residential address, but we rejected and resend it back. I have sent mail notification for to terminate and cancel the card.What is the reason for bill generation and cheating a customer.

                          Card is not activated but bill is generated - Total Amount Due: Rs. 1178.82
                          Minimum Amount Due: Rs. 379.82
                          Payment Due Date: 07-Feb-2020

                          Seriously this has become a torture.

                          Customer care is not available for this purpose.

                              I have been asked that the credit card is free of cost and then i have been charged inr 5000 + gst.

                              Now the service team is saying that they will not refund that amount.

                              I was on call with the team and spoke to executive, supervisor and manager, they have no sense and wasted my time.
                              I left with no option and they mentally harassed with saying no, i have captured all the calls where the executive said card is free of cost, now they are saying its was an technical issue.

                                  My name is hetram meena. I have applied for an rbl bank block buster last month. I did receive timely sms messages giving the application number. That the card had been approved and will be delivered seven to ten working days after issue card. I have not received any message for dispatched tracking number we are again and again mail ([protected]@rblbank.com) regarding for this serval time but resonance nothing. My application number #cc7n9h1mm4. Last day received the pin no. Thorough mail rbl bank credit card xxxx xxxx xxxx xx94.

                                  I have not received my (Block buster) credit card yet. Please provide me with tracking number so that it will be easy for me to know the status of the credit card. Keep in mind that we have not received the credit card dispatch. I have not received any information for this. I have been waiting for a long time to become a credit card, please keep this in mind action should be taken as soon as possible and tell me the current status of the credit card.

                                  When the card itself is not delivered to me. I'm afraid of false outstanding getting accumulated against the card. I tried calling the customer care, but the line never gets connected.

                                    I have requested to block rbl credit card 5369 xxxxxxxx 8986 block in december 2018, one year back but they are not closing my rbl credit card. Now they are asking for money for no reason by putting useless unrequested payments. They are calling me daily twice to thrice a day for payments which is harassing me.
                                    I got this rbl card in september 2018 and shop for 3000rs. I have paid the billed amount of 4, 898.82 on 30.09.2018 which is 3 days before the due date i. E. 02.10.2018 of bill payment on rbl app. Here i have paid 1898.82rs extra for unwanted services. Even after that they say to me that you didn't have paid the bill and summarize it by asking for penalty for not paying the bill before due date.
                                    Then i talked to customer care for that but they told me that you have to pay the penalty amount of rs. 671.14 amount. So, i have to pay the amount requested by them. I have paid all the dues including wrong penalty of rs. 671.14 for this rbl credit card required by rbl on 28th december'2018 with a request e-mail to block and close my rbl card account and further relations with rbl credit card.
                                    Then they replied on this e-mail on 2nd january'2019 that we regret to note your decision to discontinue the card account with us. We would like to inform you that your request for closure of the card account is being forwarded to the concerned unit and quote reference number is 05561142.
                                    After 8 months they send me a religare health insurance renewal certificate for insurance amounting rs. 720. When i have requested to close the account with rbl then why did they pay via this blocked rbl card and ask money for that billed amount. Then i put a request e-mail in this regard but still they are asking money without any reason. Then they cancelled the policy and say that you need not to pay the amount but on 12th january’2020 they sent me the following message and asked money again and again a cue of calls begin for payments starts from the behalf of rbl credit card services.

                                      Hi, i got a call from rbl credit card department afteras i hold my salay account with rbl bank. They said you are eligible for "rbl titanium delight" credit card, i had no interest at all, but due to various calls from banks end i applied for it. I provided all the necessary documents and also answered all verifications calls multiple times. I got my application reference no - #cca8it921u, and also i got a verification call from rbl verification department, after that i checked my status two days back, it shows "reject ops". What is meant by it? Is my card disapproved? Or something else? And i had a good cibl score of more then 700., if my card is disapproved means, i would like to know about the exact reason, other wise what is meant by it? Please let me know the exact card status., thank you.

                                        Hi i am parmod kumar and i use rbl bank super credit card. I not buy any insurance on my card but r shield insurance is activate on my card and the premium of 600 hundered this insurance is deduct my card without my consent. I am not want any insurance please cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I am very thankful to you.
