I am a rbl credit card holder.

I am not able to make payments due to my job loss. Before 11 months i lost my job and i was not able to pay the amount to rbl (The ratnakar bank ltd) delhi.
But i was doing part payment no i am clearing these dues as a part payment.

Recovery agents started harassing me and my family and started threaten us to beat and kill us for the recovery of the...

Hi,

Due to big financial problems, i am not able make payment for my loan against rbl credit.

The collection agency is not understanding my situation, i asked them 3 months they are denying for this, l also requested them that they can take legal action against me but they calling me daily and asking for the payment.

They people are misbehaving with me and visiting at my home and asking payment...

My application initiated on the date of[protected] and the documents collected on the date 3rd dec-2019, after several days chasing up to the team, some of them says it is in process. But today i saw that you doesn't meet policies with rbl bank on the of 29-12-19.
How it's possible that when i was waiting for confirmation then i got rejection even there...

I recieved my credit card on 18th december 2019.
On 24th december rbl bank without informing charged an r shield insurance policy on my credit card and on 25th cpp insurance policy. I never ever gave any consent to either of them. I want immediate action to cancel both the policies. Although i emailed them several times they did not respond.
I request this portal to convey my concern to rbl bank

I was requested for card close as on dec. 2018 because card was lost but till now i found my account not close so i again put a request for card closer as on 28.05.2019 id no. 08608346, and after i received massages from rbl card dept. I am not connecting with mobile no. So your design discontinue then again call to rbl card customer care as on 03.06.2019 for close my card

I have applied for a normal call from Bajaj / RBL card.
Executives called me 3 times to upgrade my card. I haven't given any confirmation on the upgrade. they have automatically upgraded y card with yearly charges.
I tried to contact RBL customer care. Thye not connecting to customer care in the call. I have sent an email on December 14, 2019. GOt acknowledge mail on Dec 19, 2019. Till now it's not resolved....

I have received my rbl shoprightcard on the month of december 2019. On the date of 11th december 2019 i have seen that there is a payment of r shield insurance premium of rs 600. At the time of issuing the card i have clearly told that i don't want any insurance then why there is a charge of insurance. Please cancel the insurance right now. And rbl bank not having correct customer contact number all are only ivr....

On 23/11/2019 nearbuy india pvt. Ltd., noida for rs.3820/- transaction was done by someone else on my card. You are requested to kindly trace out the culprit.

I am paying total amount of bill under protest for rs.3820/-. As soon as you resolve this issue, credit to my account.

I got rbl super card recently. While applying card i said no to card protection insurance policy which was suggested by executive in the call and he also confirmed that insurance is not added to the card. But ₹1000 had been detected yesterday (12/12/19) in my credit card account without any prior intimation. Kindly refund the amount and cancel the insurance to my account

Firstly they have failed to deduct money from my bank account icici bank by ecs, i had already kept the sufficient funds in my bank also on top of that i didn't had the loan account number, then i was sent a text message to pay the amount for the loan account number ending with 4171, not even the full account number, then later on monday, 9/12/2019 i received a message stating that to pay rs. 3110 using the link, i opened the link to pay...

Someone took the loan and provided my number as a guranteer. The RBL bank agent is continuously calling me since last two days and using abusive language. He is also aware about my all personal information. He continuously calling my family members and threatening them aswell. I dont even know that person properly who took the loan. I would like to complaint against RBL bank recovery team. I would say worst bank if in case they do such things....

Yesterday (09.12.2019) i have tried to make a payment of rs.4902/- to my rbl credit card ending with 5592 from online banking with my hdfc account. The amount of rs.4902/- has been deducted from my hdfc account, but it was not credited in my rbl credit card account. The transaction was failed.
Please refund my money in rbl credit card account.

An unauthorized transaction of 24, 499 rupees has been registered on my credit card on 08/12/2019.
I have registered a complaint[protected] and blocked my card.
This is to notify you that i did not received any transaction alerts for otp or debited amount when the unauthorized transaction has been made.
I suspect my credit card information is leaked by your employees.

How could you process a transaction...
