Hi, i am vishal n. Chavan request to cancel the r-shield insurance programme which is under process on basis of my new bajaj finserv rbl bank super credit card for rs. 720.00 p. A. At first i opted the insurance but i don;t want to open the insurance, i also inform till now i haven, t activated the card. So i request to cancel the insurance programme or i'll return the card immediately. I also declare that i'll be not liable to pay the premium in future.

I am the holder of your credit card from 2 yrs. And also having a good record of payment in past. Because of my health issues i am unable to continue my job. So i facing difficulties to do the payment o[censored]r card. Ur executive were coming one another day to ask for money and no of calls i am receiving from your bank.
But now i am not in the situation to clear your amount cause i am out of money. I borrowed some amount of money for...

I mailed & visited to my near branch for closing rbl credit card, then customer care person called me but they forced me to do not close credit card, she cant listen my what i am saying and disconnected the call, i want to close my credit card,

I havent use this card, so want to close the card

Dear rbl bank team,

I have been getting calls from your bank over last couple of days saying that my name is there at reference number of some default case of credit card of my relative which i did not know earlier…still i tried and get that person contacted anyhow and also done the concall with atul and vinod over phone number [protected] and[protected],[protected] with defaulter and but instead of following up with that defaulter they continuously calling me and over my office phone number over various locations which is not at all related to me. Also they are calling my colleagues and abusing, threatning and misbehaving with them even when they have nothing to do with it... More over you are even calling my colleagues to their personal contact number which is a serious concern... If you are going to continue the same harassment then we have no option to take strict action against your bank.

First of all there was no reference check happened by you before issuing the credit card to defaulter... Over asking the employee identity of the caller of rbl bank.. They refused to give the same which puts me in doubt situation. I live in rajasthan and defaulter is in delhi. Bank people continuously calling me but not the defaulter. Calling me is not going to solve your purpose.

I have nothing to do with what treatment you do with the defaulter but you need to understand that you can not harasse me like this and if it gets continue then i will file a complaint against you for harassing me and my colleague and defaming my reputation at my work place.

I have rbl bank credit card. I have taken loan from rbl of rs. 226000/- i have paid 2-3 installment. I am regular customer of rbl credit credit and loan account. I have used rbl credit card last 3 4 years. And made full payments on time before due dates. But from last months i have make no payments. Last few months i have many losses in business. At this time my financial condition is not goods. I am not able to pay outstanding amount at this time.

Rbl recovery staff call me everyday. They threatened us and use abuse language everyday. I have asked many times don't used abused language but their behavior is same. I have all recording of rbl staff calls. They harass me.

I have many complained to rbl customer care by mails and calls and requested them pls ask your staff don't use abuse language. But only one time i have received calls but no any solutions. Rbl staff behavior is same.

Today rbl staff again call me and same behave use abuse language and harass me and my family. "they called my all relatives for payment use abuse language. Take my all relatives on call conference and talk with me in abuse language.

I am very mentally disturb. I don't understand what can i do?. Please help & call me urgently.

So your requested please solve my problems & how can we solve this problems. I know am liable for outstanding amount. But no any one used abused language and threatened me and my family & other relatives as per rbi guidelines.

I am attached all mails of sent to rbl bank.

I have made payment on my cc on 4th oct 2019. Even after getting sucess msg along with reference the same amount hasn't been credited.

Payments were made on two of my current credit card of rbl.

I would like to know the status of my account as my due date is on 7th october. Generally i get confirmation the very same day. Its been more tha n a day to receive confirmation.

I am using bajaj finserv rbl bank credit card. On 4th october i had received an email and message from bank to make payment through razorpay. They shared the link of razorpay in the mail. I had made the payment of my credit card through that link. Now it's more than 24 hours i have not received any confirmation from bank and getting harassed by their customer care people for the payment. Also contacted to razorpay but they said payment was successful from their side.

RBL executives use to regularly call up & inform that I have a Pre approved Credit Card, as my Cibil Score was good. So I thought to apply for RBL Credit Card. I also have a Bank account in RBL bank since 2018.
My reference no : # CC11HER1U8. But I received sms saying, regret to inform that my Application is dis-approved as my assessment criteria does not match. I was shocked...
I am having the best banks Credit Card. With on time payments on all Cards. No late payments on my head. I am very disappointed by the working process of RBL...
I think bank is not a Professional bank. With limited sources of working team.
I want to know the reason for my disapproval of card. Than why do the executives call up, to just waste time.
I had in my mind RBL is a very Professional bank with efficient people working for it. Eagerly waiting for a reply or I should close my and my family accounts from RBL.

Rbl bank call me regarding my rbl credit card due payment.
The staff name is deepak who called me and after our some conversation he started abusing in very vulgar language. As for the proof i have the recording of our conversation. So please go through with this matter as early as possible.
Otherwise i will complain in lokpall rbi

Dear sir i dharmendra shukla. I want to cancel my insurance policy. Because i have insurance policy other company. There is no require you insurance. Please sir cancel your policy immediately.

I am one of the rbl bank credit card holder. My name is john peter. My card ending 5512. I could not redeem my rewards points. They sent link to me which i could redeem my reward points. But that url is not working properly. Also credit card payment link not working properly. I tried past three days to pay my card o/s amount, but i can’t. Customer care service also tooooo worst

I have applied for xpress cash 20000 from my rbl bank credit card
... For what they deducted credit limit of 20000 suddenly but i have not received the amount in my bank...

Last few months back am cleared full of transactions amount, Now a days am not transactioned any places, but now my RBL application showed 851.49 amt paid on before Oct 5th 2019. This is illegal transactions, So Plz give me justice...

I received a call from rbl dsa in laxmi nagar new delhi regarding approval from rbl bank for credit card, but we refused to submit our documents as we were not interested still she applied in the bank without any documents or any form, i have complained to the nodal officer of the delhi ncr area, principal nodal officer mr saurabh of rbl bank on mail along with all screen shot, still no action has been taken, how can a bank make a hard enquiry on my cibil without my consent..
