I got call from RBL inhouse regarding overdue payment of 4200rs and asked to make the payment of 2800rs and executive said rest amount is worngly updated it will be wave of i paid the same amount however RBL did not wave of that amount and ask me to pay that amount its a wrong commitment earlier also same problem i faced regarding the wrong commitment kindly fix the issue its pathetic service brand Like RBL....

I had tried to withdraw cash from my Credit card account through SBI ATM as is got blocked at a petrol pump where there was problem in using the card on date 04/07/2018, but the transaction failed & cash was not delivered by the ATM, for which I had already raised complaint but till date nothing is done & the amount is still not refunded to my & even i am being charged for Cash withdrawl.
