My name is deepshikha menon. My first complain is u have very bad customer care helpline number where we don't get option for speaking to customer care. I m a new customer almost completed 2 and half month after applying the card I have not yet received my credit card, but bill came today. On what basis am I charged if I gave not even received credit card. I m fed up don't need your credit card a request to cancel the card if you will keep on sending me bills without credit card I am not a fool to pay. Continuously I am stating in mails that I need a call back but u so cLled customer care department don't even bother to revert on email and call back. Now also if I won't get revert I will make sure your name should spoil on social media.

I have not yet received credit card without credit card number and detail how can u expect me to pay bill. Either display card immediately and bill should be of next month or cancel my credit card application i dont need this pathetic service

    I roopam chauhan is having a business loan from rbl since last year oct.2017 amounting to rs 3lacs fr 3years...nw i want to close my loan with remaining balance..its been 10days that i have been requesting my branch(solan)h.p but there’s no response till yet.even i cntctd the CHANDIGARH branch n theres no response from there yet...my one emi got bounced because of such issues.if my account gets black listed ur bank itself will b responsible n i unfortunately i hv 2 go till court nw

      I have received a call on 17/07/2018, 1.30pm at my office number from Nishant Chauhan, mobile number [protected] regarding my libilities of RBL bank, but instead of calling me he was made a call to my office female staff and abusing very wrongly to my staff, and talkig very abusily, so please lodge a complaint for this number. I have sufficient proofs about this.

          i was mailed 3 times and more than 10 times i was contact customer care. But rbl people not respond. On the name of service rbl is world worst bank. On 15th oct i again call customer call they people told me that i will receive a call from rbl but till date there is no communication from rbl.
          Now i am very very frustrated from rbl and want to cancel rbl credit card.

            I got call from RBL inhouse regarding overdue payment of 4200rs and asked to make the payment of 2800rs and executive said rest amount is worngly updated it will be wave of i paid the same amount however RBL did not wave of that amount and ask me to pay that amount its a wrong commitment earlier also same problem i faced regarding the wrong commitment kindly fix the issue its pathetic service brand Like RBL.

            Fraud transaction amount of ₹ 82000 and reguest for rerversal of same amount has been registered under the complain no 02362961 and dabari police station NewDelhi D.p crime branch complain no 81760021801314 dated 26-5-2018.I am losing my patience.Again reguest to look into the matter and resolved my problem as soon as possible.Obliged me.Thanks.                   I had tried to withdraw cash from my Credit card account through SBI ATM as is got blocked at a petrol pump where there was problem in using the card on date 04/07/2018, but the transaction failed & cash was not delivered by the ATM, for which I had already raised complaint but till date nothing is done & the amount is still not refunded to my & even i am being charged for Cash withdrawl.

                    Hi,

                    This is Narasimha Murty, want to complaint against the RBL Bank. Bank provided me personal loan in fraud way.
                    I received call from third party(call centre) for personal loan saying that loan interest rate will be 10.99% to 12%. I said ok, they collected my documents. After some time they said its RBL bank proving loan to you.
                    They had given me RBL person number to contact for further information. I called several times to that person asking details of loan, he said you will get call from bank before processing loan amount.
                    Suddenly one morning amount of 3, 86, 000 was credited to my account. My request for loan amount was 3, 00, 000 @11% rate for 3 yrs. I called several times to bank person for the details-what amount was approved, deductions and rate of interest. First of all he not picked up the call for some days. I dropped mail that I will go legally against you. Then he picked up the call, after several calls he said 4, 10, 000 something was approved @16% for 5years at EMI of 9884Rs, 24, 000 was deducted for processing and insurance which was never told to me before. I asked without my acceptance how you processed loan. I asked to return back my loan. he said ok.
                    After two days he said reversal is not possible I will make some adjustments, he returned cheque of 10, 000 which they charged as processing fee. He also agreed to cancel 10000 as insurance. Till now this was not confirmed. They are saying its waived off. But I dint get any confirmation for that.
                    He promised reduce interest rate also. Later he said it is not possible, but after six months you just top up 10000, I will make 10.99% from then.
                    I want to return back loan, now bank saying you have to pay EMI till one year, we cant do anything
                    This is completely cheating by bank without notify they processed loan amount. No communication, no response from the bank people. I raised complaint to bank several times no satisfactory response.
                    In this way this bank has cheated me, who knows bank cheating all other customers also.

                    this complaint is not resolved, how can you close this complaint i was called to branch, they accepted mistake that some sort of mistake happen from our side. but what about the loss incurred to me. because of your mistake why should i be punished, i need solution otherwise i will go to consumer court murty

                      I went to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, I realized that this plan is as good any other policies that I already have and there is nothing unique about it. So, I wanted cancel this policy, however, there is no number or email id to get in touch with your insurance wing.                         Hey, I recently had a call with one of R shield insurance executives. I was told that I could cancel the policy if I am unhappy with the terms and conditions. Although the amount was debited from my card on 5 July, there hasn't been any confirmation regarding the same and intimation regarding the policy either. So, I went to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, I realized that this plan is as good any other policies that I already have and there is nothing unique about it.                           Hi RBL team, You all are doing act of mental harassment on me.one lade is calling me from phone number [protected] continuously and talking very badly and idiotic questions. My credit card had annula fee which couldn’t not be waived off so I put request of closure and called many times as well. You can check the recordings and confirm to me.At last one of the customer care executive told me -there is no need to call again and again, card will be closed. But this time its like harassing me through the phone call of lady. I will go to consumer court for this if this matter gets stretched. You have to pay instead for my mental status and loss.

                            I want to open abacus digital savings account...but buy seeing non maintenance MAB ..I opened digital account..at that time it shows non maintanance charges., ..the customer executive said it is an 5000 MAB account...the MAB charges will applicable..I don't want this account type...I want to close it...or is it possible to convert it to abacus digital savings account..

                              Hi, i was receiving call from collectoon agency of rbl bank for collecting credit card dues of someone else. They used abusive words and also called my office friends, relatives and my wife. I complained about this on twitter and raised ticket # 02569313. This ticket got closed on the same day without resolution been provided to me.. The collection agency was abusive and tortured me for a week. I had to make a payment for a card which i don’t own...

                              I have constantly calling rbl bank for the status and they kept telling that they are working. Today (4-jul-2018) i got to know that complain was raised and closed on 3-apr-2018.

                              Could you please help on it.

                              RBL Recovery agency's abusing language...it seems u all are not adjudicate.using bad language to your Clint who's using your card since last 3 years. Bcs of financial problems I did not paid minimum from last 3 month...one lady keep calling and abusing me and motivate me to do son th worng. ..I have her all the recordings .

                                Sir, i, have availed rbl credit card no [protected] on 29/11/2017, after a lot of persuation from their customer executives that they provide a lot of offers and very good service to me and providing a limit of rs 1, 40, 000. Then they sent the card to my residential address flat no.202, balaji residency, ayyappa colony, dammaiguda. I have opted for physical statement every month. First month they sent the statement but from next month onwards they didn’t send the statement by stating the reason that the address is not found. After making several complaints to their nodal officer just for one month they sent and again they continued the same story. Their customer service and their app for credit card is very confusing and uninformative. Yesterday nearly 20 fraudulent transactions were done on my credit card when the card and phone were with me, at that time i was at home. Immediately i called to the customer care their customer services nearly took half an hour just to take the complaint and to block the card. Their customer executive mr. Adarsh gave advice that to file fir in police station. As per your guidelines bank has to take the responsibility of such kind of fraudulent transactions, even though i have mailed a complaint to their nodal officer no response has been given to my email whereas other banks like icici and sbi resolving such kind of issues immediately within a week, rbl bank didn’t even give response for my mail. We have to go through so much of mental trauma and tension because of their irresponsible service. I request consumer authorities to take strong against this rbl bank for takeing common people for ride and their confusing and unethical servies. Regards. G. Vijay kumar.                                   I had ordered for chanel n5 on 19th june through the rbl rewards website using my credit card points and partial cash. The perfume was delivered to me on 26th june through perfumes2order.
                                  Upon opening it, was observed that its fake which was further confirmed at the chanel store in delhi.
                                  I have written to perfumes 2 order and rbl rewards email address and have received a reply from perfumes2 order while rbl is yet to offer a solution for either sending a real product or refund points and cash.

                                  I have complained the RBL Card service for the block the card and rerversal the same amount the complain no[protected]date[protected] and Do crime branch complain no-[protected] date[protected] but delayed.                                   There are no direct lines to talk to a human in RBL customer care. All over is a dead end ivr. I need to talk to someone immediately about an amount being deducted from my card but payment not received by the other party
                                  I have taken a loan against my credit( card[protected]) rs 144000 loan no.[protected] in feb'18 which i pre closed on 16.3.18 reference no.01748809by making the payment of rs.138806/-after closing the loan again after 2months the sms came to make payment of rs 109490 against my loan on 16.6.18, no response given complaint no. 02595116.

At the time of taking this card bajaj alinze representative told me it's a emi card. So according to their instruction i purchased electronic item 60000 and i paid [protected] but again i have to pay 60000. This much amount they taken as fees..in try to call rbl customer care no one pic the phone.in enqiry kerala bajaj alinze office they told me no represetative available in thrissur because of target they left from bajaj office. So please think and purchased rbl credit card other wise same issue happen in your life

                                      Rbl credit card fraud on 23 may 2018 of rs 40000 and rs 48000. Card no [protected]
                                      Complaint was registered through telephone on 23 may 2018 and fraud dispute form was submitted on 24 may 2018.
                                      Received letter ref no 10/[protected] on 26 june 2018 that liability is yours when person who has done this transaction, mr raju, [protected], raju. [protected]@gmail.com not match with my details.
                                      If you are aware these details thet person who has done these transaction don't match to my details, as per your letter, how liability is mine.

                                      How same otp has gone to fraud person (2 nd person) when card was in my pocket.
                                      In sms of otp, there is no option to stop this transaction.
                                      Customer care number mention on card [protected] (Although it's new card) is not for credit card issues, so how i can stop the transaction, i did not receive any call for confirmation.
                                      On 24 may merchant had not claim the transaction why we cannot stop payment, as it's my money let merchant will also suffer.
                                      Why only i am suffering or facing harassment of calling, sending mails.
                                      I have full believe in our banking systems and law of land, please resolve.

                                      RBL Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have credit card of rbl bank and i was trasaction 560 $ Australian and they deduct 30, 250 rupees otherwise conversation price was 27000 so it was very high deduction. Kindly stop my card.
