I have applied for a rbl credit card through et money, as they are patnered together, et money e-verified my adhaar, pan card and all of my personal details, they gave me confirmaiton that i am eligible to get 40k line of credit after verification from rbl, then rbl verified my official email id, they asked my short video with id proofs, they asked my selfie, they asked every possible proofs they can,, finally they wanted to verifiy my office physically,, i got a call from rbl on 20th july, stating that there verification officer unable to reach my office, i explained them the address, with proper landmarks, they abruptly ended the call, and today july 23rd, one of the agent from rbl called again asked my office timings, i told them that i would be availble after 5pm evening and without even verifying my office, now i got an sms stating my application is declined without giving proper reason.. This is really unfair, it is going to hit my cibil, because of their lack of verification process, i am penilized, i am prepared to file offcial complaint to ombudsman, if i dont get any help. As per rbi circular dbod. No. Leg. Bc.65/09.07.005/[protected] dated march 6, 2007, banks have been advised that in case of all categories of loans irrespective of any threshold limits, including credit card applications, banks should convey in writing the main reason/reasons which in the opinion of the bank have led to the rejection of the loan applications. It is reiterated that banks should convey in writing the main reason/reasons which have led to the rejection of the credit card applications.

Please help me to sort this situation

I forgot to mention the application reference number.. please add the reference no. #CCM3X0DBPA for the application
There is a gap of 22, 000 in my payment statement. Even the transaction history details is not matching with Payment history details. I have been following since last 3 weeks, no courtesy to revert.
Please stop using RBL card, .

    I applied for rbl credit card and got reference no #cc9he70pr9. Yesterday i got massage form rbl bank and that having a text like... Hi! We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your credit card application as it does not meet our assessment criteria.

    After that i try to customer care no response.. I call to the telecaller who given me a pic of a preaprove massage while taking a documents from me.. Same result no answer.. Even she tell me that your application is in process.

    Plz tell me what should i do in this case.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      My name is balwant parihar. I have received of RBL Credit Card. which discussed on telephonic conversation with rbl credit card service executive. They said no any kind of charges for the card. it is totally free but after 1 month i have received the msg amount off 1100. I call more times in customer care but the RBL bank credit card customer care never connect the call. 1 day the call is connected then i told him my problem that i am not using rbl card so why should i pay and the person who send me the card according to his information no any kind of charges u pay for it. so i am not pay the amount.

      I also take a health insureance policy from religare health insurance policy but when i received the policy some wrong information is there so i call the customer care and i e-mail on [protected]@religarehealthinsurance for cancel the policy.

      When i talk to rbl customer care he said the annual amount is not charged on your credit card but the amount is show in your account it is health insurance amount. so tell me when i cancel the policy so which amount i will pay and why?

      The person said you have any kind of proof that you have to prove that your policy will be cancelled. I call again religare health insurance i e-mail also he give me the proof when my policy is cancelled but from rbl bank customer care person said we have no proof and we never close the rbl credit card. I have lost the rbl card in and i complain for us and block also.

      Do me a favour for the solve this problem. My policy is cancelled i have proof so on behalf the rbl bank credit card blocked and close urgent. Because today i have receive again the msg on behalf of RBL bank for due payment. of Rs.2745 card no. 5069.

      So please resolve it and close it.

        My name is Divya Manchanda. My first complain is u have very bad customer care helpline number where we don't get option for speaking to customer care. I m a new customer almost completed 1 and half month after applying the card I have not yet received my credit card. I have sent an mail to them but customer care department don't even bother to revert on email and call back. Now also if I won't get any revert I will make sure your name should spoil on social media.

          Applied moneytap rbl creditcard on 7 Jul 2018. uploaded all the proofs need.
          Tried to do e-sign in but did't worked out, next day executive came collected document. Address verification done on 11th july 2018, Later Mail Received stating update required document and details, i have uploaded residence proof again.
          Money tap has no contact numbers
          I have sent many emails no response.
          mycbil score is good everything is i even using other banks credit cards also . today 19th no response either rejection or approval, i did't received application number also

          What kind of bank is this. I haven't received my credit card. But my credit card bill message sent on mobile. What kind of [censored] is this. There is no contact channel between customer and your bank. If you are not serious about this matter. Or not contact me within 24 hour. I will ask same question in consumer court.

            Hi Team.

            I am Kalpesh Jain.
            I applied for rbl credit card in month of Feb but I do not get the card yet.
            I have sent out 12-15 email for cancellations of my card starting from Mar month till now.
            But still my card is not cancelled and I am getting threatening call from customer support.

            Please look into this matter and close it.

            As I do not get the card I will not pay any amount.

              My name is deepshikha menon. My first complain is u have very bad customer care helpline number where we don't get option for speaking to customer care. On what basis am I charged if I gave not even received credit card. I m fed up don't need your credit card a request to cancel the card if you will keep on sending me bills without credit card I am not a fool to pay. Continuously I am stating in mails that I need a call back but u so cLled customer care department don't even bother to revert on email and call back. Now also if I won't get revert I will make sure your name should spoil on social media.

              I have not yet received credit card without credit card number and detail how can u expect me to pay bill. Either display card immediately and bill should be of next month or cancel my credit card application i dont need this pathetic service

                I roopam chauhan is having a business loan from rbl since last year oct.2017 amounting to rs 3lacs fr 3years...nw i want to close my loan with remaining balance..its been 10days that i have been requesting my branch(solan)h.p but there’s no response till yet.even i cntctd the CHANDIGARH branch n theres no response from there yet...my one emi got bounced because of such issues.if my account gets black listed ur bank itself will b responsible n i unfortunately i hv 2 go till court nw

                  I have received a call on 17/07/2018, 1.30pm at my office number from Nishant Chauhan, mobile number [protected] regarding my libilities of RBL bank, but instead of calling me he was made a call to my office female staff and abusing very wrongly to my staff, and talkig very abusily, so please lodge a complaint for this number. I have sufficient proofs about this.

                      i was mailed 3 times and more than 10 times i was contact customer care. But rbl people not respond. On the name of service rbl is world worst bank. On 15th oct i again call customer call they people told me that i will receive a call from rbl but till date there is no communication from rbl.
                      Now i am very very frustrated from rbl and want to cancel rbl credit card.

                        I got call from RBL inhouse regarding overdue payment of 4200rs and asked to make the payment of 2800rs and executive said rest amount is worngly updated it will be wave of i paid the same amount however RBL did not wave of that amount and ask me to pay that amount its a wrong commitment earlier also same problem i faced regarding the wrong commitment kindly fix the issue its pathetic service brand Like RBL.

                        Fraud transaction amount of ₹ 82000 and reguest for rerversal of same amount has been registered under the complain no 02362961 and dabari police station NewDelhi D.p crime branch complain no 81760021801314 dated 26-5-2018.I am losing my patience.Again reguest to look into the matter and resolved my problem as soon as possible.Obliged me.Thanks.                               I had tried to withdraw cash from my Credit card account through SBI ATM as is got blocked at a petrol pump where there was problem in using the card on date 04/07/2018, but the transaction failed & cash was not delivered by the ATM, for which I had already raised complaint but till date nothing is done & the amount is still not refunded to my & even i am being charged for Cash withdrawl.

                                Hi,

                                This is Narasimha Murty, want to complaint against the RBL Bank. Bank provided me personal loan in fraud way.
                                I received call from third party(call centre) for personal loan saying that loan interest rate will be 10.99% to 12%. I said ok, they collected my documents. After some time they said its RBL bank proving loan to you.
                                They had given me RBL person number to contact for further information. I called several times to that person asking details of loan, he said you will get call from bank before processing loan amount.
                                Suddenly one morning amount of 3, 86, 000 was credited to my account. My request for loan amount was 3, 00, 000 @11% rate for 3 yrs. I called several times to bank person for the details-what amount was approved, deductions and rate of interest. First of all he not picked up the call for some days. I dropped mail that I will go legally against you. Then he picked up the call, after several calls he said 4, 10, 000 something was approved @16% for 5years at EMI of 9884Rs, 24, 000 was deducted for processing and insurance which was never told to me before. I asked without my acceptance how you processed loan. I asked to return back my loan. he said ok.
                                After two days he said reversal is not possible I will make some adjustments, he returned cheque of 10, 000 which they charged as processing fee. He also agreed to cancel 10000 as insurance. Till now this was not confirmed. They are saying its waived off. But I dint get any confirmation for that.
                                He promised reduce interest rate also. Later he said it is not possible, but after six months you just top up 10000, I will make 10.99% from then.
                                I want to return back loan, now bank saying you have to pay EMI till one year, we cant do anything
                                This is completely cheating by bank without notify they processed loan amount. No communication, no response from the bank people. I raised complaint to bank several times no satisfactory response.
                                In this way this bank has cheated me, who knows bank cheating all other customers also.

                                this complaint is not resolved, how can you close this complaint i was called to branch, they accepted mistake that some sort of mistake happen from our side. but what about the loss incurred to me. because of your mistake why should i be punished, i need solution otherwise i will go to consumer court murty

                                  I went to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, I realized that this plan is as good any other policies that I already have and there is nothing unique about it. So, I wanted cancel this policy, however, there is no number or email id to get in touch with your insurance wing.                                     Hey, I recently had a call with one of R shield insurance executives. I was told that I could cancel the policy if I am unhappy with the terms and conditions. Although the amount was debited from my card on 5 July, there hasn't been any confirmation regarding the same and intimation regarding the policy either. So, I went to the website and searched for the terms and conditions, I realized that this plan is as good any other policies that I already have and there is nothing unique about it.                                       Hi RBL team, You all are doing act of mental harassment on me.one lade is calling me from phone number [protected] continuously and talking very badly and idiotic questions. My credit card had annula fee which couldn’t not be waived off so I put request of closure and called many times as well. You can check the recordings and confirm to me.At last one of the customer care executive told me -there is no need to call again and again, card will be closed. But this time its like harassing me through the phone call of lady. I will go to consumer court for this if this matter gets stretched. You have to pay instead for my mental status and loss.
