IN SPITE OF SEVERAL REMINDERS AND FOLLOW UP SINCE LAST ONE YEAR THE RESOLUTION IS NOT RECD THE BANK IS REPLYING STEREOTYPED SYSTEM GENERATED REPLY AND SAY THE RBI HAS NO CONTROL OVER OUR POLICY OF FINANCE AND WE ARE CONTINUING TO CHEAT THE SMALL CUSTOMERS OF DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY

    I received a free bajaj finserv rbl bank credit card free without applying. I thought i will use this. After 3 months, they offered us insurance scheme for health, personal accident insurance and card protection in emi. The insurance certificate delayed and i got one by mail after a month. It did not show the name of the insured person, insurance no or sum insured, for the past more than one month, i am following up with this people by mail and phone, after repeated assurance till there is no solution. No i am thinking of cancelling the card and approaching consumer forum to retrieve the money with compensation.

    My credit application was rejected by RBL, i want to know the reason . As I am having good CIBIL score, I dont know why you rejected my card. My application reference number is #CCR3W81OXK . Please do reply else I will file a case against rbl for defaming customers. .

      He gave me health insurance along with the credit card of RBL Bank, but for 20 days I complained that I did not get any documents, but in 10 days, I will complete your complaint but nothing else has been done so I asked them to cancel it but they did not cancel it yet.

        Hi, this is the second time i have submitted my documents for rbl credit card through online as well as physically to executive after collecting the documents its their responsibility to inform the applicant that whether his application is approved or not but this bankers never update anything even in their online tracking portal it shows same for as long as we check that application is under process worst banking service which i ever had sbi and hdfc are really good. Please return my documents or else update the status.

          Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no :.#cc08nsl0a3 i got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in rbl link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows status dear customer, your credit card application is declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank. I have given all papers and verification also done positively. I have called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still in process. Customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. I want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got sbi card too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards shantanu.
          Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response.

          Not opted for any Credit card from RBL bank, but I got a mail that I have to pay 588.82/-. How these people will send this like this??? I want justice regarding this issue. I'm totally pissed of regarding this RBL bank - such a big cheaters to loot money from a common man.

          this is what I got through mail,

          Dear Cardmember,

          The statement for your RBL Bank Credit Card account number XXXX-6369 for Rs. 588.82 has been generated and will be sent at your registered email address within next 2 days. The Minimum Amount Due is Rs. 289.82 and the due date for your payment is 11-06-2018.

          In case you have opted for physical statement, same should be received by you within the next 7 days. You can also view your statement by logging on to CardsOnline and even save it for future reference or print copies whenever needed.

          In case of non-receipt of payment against the previous month statement, the total amount due on your account becomes payable "immediately" on the following cycle date.

          Please note, in the event Minimum Amount due is paid; the balance outstanding amount payable shall be carried forward to subsequent statements. This amount attracts finance charges on entire outstanding including fresh purchases and other bank charges till the date of full and final payment.

            Dear sir,
            Last year i was offered a free credit card from rbl bank, after 1-2 months o[censored]sing i thought its not giving any benefits as offered at the time of offer do i stopped using the card and tried to contact their customer care executive, but in their ivr system they have no option to reach to executive so i sent them various mails regarding my problem. But no body could ever resolve. I have not used the card since may-17. But now all of sudden i got bill from rbl credit card stating that its annual fees. Then again i mailed them & they said they will credit some rewards and my fees will be waived off so that i can use the credit card again. But nothing happened instead they have mailed me second bill increasing the charge. & said if i dont pay my credit score will become bad. Its simple blackmailing. First you offer free credit card then you send charges. Please look into the matter

              The abnormal finance charges have charged to credit card account at rate of 60 to 70% p. A. Which are out of the banking norms several times i have reminded but no positive solution is recd. This is best cheating banking corporate body who is cheating to small customers out of rbi norms. Rbi has also no control over the cheating policy framed by the bank and cheating since incorporation to small citizens of democratic country

              Reverse entire charges wrongly debited to my card account till date from the beginning - if you are not able to grant the credit send the entire outstanding statement to clear the dues and cancel the card immly - further i am not receiving the sms for card utilisation - the debit of rs. 2625/- on 15.04.2018 - i don get the details nor i have recd any sms for the same - the details of transactions are as under - no charges is reversed or credited till date in spite of telephonic talk appointed by your cheating corporate body - ramesh patel [protected]

                Respected sir,
                My credit card no. [protected] issued recently. I have not yet received my pin either on mobile or email. Even the numbers printed on the super card is getting erased without using it in just a week. I am sent a bill of rs 1178 without pin no. I have never seen such a service. No response from customer care numbers provided.

                but now they charged for credit card accessing, since i did not activate the card, but they asking to pay
                This my 4th time mail to u i paid force closer fess i alreday spoken to costmer care they said 400 pay we will cose ur card but since 4 days no any confrom from u it closde not yet

                  Thanks first of all not letting me have your bank credit card. I never interested personally to apply rbl credit card due card charges and annual fee. But your bank people keep calling me multiple times and request me to apply again and again. I think it's enough of applying and learn lessons not to apply anymore in rbl bank.

                  Is it not funny!! I applied rbl bank credit card on 3rd may 2018 and not approved but i applied hdfc bank credit card on 14th may 2018 and got approved on 18th may 2018. It shows your bank standard in front of hdfc bank or others banks.

                  When i called your toll-free number for rbl cc application status. The ibr says "application rejected due to technical" wow what a reason rbl bank has for me lol! So funny isn't? Is that reason technical, can you explain me further please?

                  Let me introduce you myself,. I own business software development and website designing company. I do business in australia, usa and other 32 countries and travel many times. I hold credit card from sbi, icici, indusind, kotak and hdfc.

                  I'm not talking to get your bank credit card. But to show you how shameful to know your bank policy or backend works not able to see the person cbil score or whether approve or not. The biggest things is funny reason is due to technical application got rejected. Oh no i don't your bank credit card anymore. I'm writing you here let you know your business and also let people know. Thanks

                    I have a rbl credit card and card no - [protected].

                    I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the debt collection practices of rbl bank recovery agent, mentally pressure and harassment by agent / representative last 1 month to till.

                    1) on 16th may 2018 bank recovery agent call me at 04.35 pm ([protected]) for recovery of due amount, she (Ms. Kadambari as supervisor) ask me for payment of due amount, i told you that at these time i am not able to pay due to financial problem.

                    2) after yours representative frequently in the same way pressure me for payment and she told me that we will call yours colleague for that payment and send our executive at yours colleague home and mentally pressure for payment.

                    3) according to the fair debt collection practices act (Fdcpa) provisions, prohibits disclosure of debts, recovery agent cannot discuss yours debt with any other personal.

                    4) on 16th may 2018 representative of your bank/ agencies call at 05.06 pm ([protected]) at my workplace and spoke to a co-worker of mine about the debt i owe you. Your representative spoke to my co-worker his home address and contact detail and told that we are send our executive at yours home for my payment. These practices will not as per fdcpa. This embarrassed me and harmed my professional reputation.

                    5) they have being calling my office board line abusing and using offensive words with my colleagues to defaming my image in the office which is mental torture and harassment. Also, threatening me and my family for dire consequence and defaming my social status.

                    I demand this harassment stop immediately.

                    If the harassment does not stop i reserve the right to take further action as necessary.

But on 12 of may i receved a mes than rupee 2000 due for anul charges of rbl credit card. I am shocked very verst service given by rbl. Agin i have complant on 13 to cuatomer care. They accept mistake but still my card is not deactivated. I dont now why. Kindly stop my card. And keep away your anual fee.

                        I am shivaprasad I have received the RBL Money tap Card which was given credit limit 35k and I am using this money in money tap app and converting 12 EMI but while transferring the money from money tap app to my personal bank that is standard chartered bank getting transaction error please look into this and revert back.

                              Seems all information is fake and i am unable to contact customer care as well

                                Ive been making payment of 3900 rs every month but still not been credited to my card. When valled and ask to customer care they always come with some reason like gst, tax etc etc. So last month i made a payment of the same 3900 and i have nt used a single penny but still my credit limit has been deducted by 1000 rs... Veru worst. No clarification whatsoever...

                                  I have achieved 16401 rewards points by using my rbl credit card so i wanted to redeem it now as i am trying to redeem it i am not able to book the product which i want because the product needs 17401 reward points so i selected the option points+cash then too they are not accepting my order as they are not accepting the remaing payment by credit card please look in this matter as fast as possible before the reward points expire.

                                      Hello, such a worst customer care service. I have informed you to cancel my rbl credit card. I am very disappointed with your service. I gave u 9 complaints to cancel my card and each and every time i gave u my 6 different alternate number. But only resolution ill get is im not reachable on my phone. Such a worst service.

                                        This is inform you that i had three time call to your customer care for billing cycle change but no buddy responce me avery buddy shate me wrong information. They are telling me only one thing the payment has been not updated so this is not my folt if mu payment is not updated. And i had alredy paid my bill credit card bills before due date
                                        And now i want to block the card asap.
