Lased credit card complain no action taken till now
I send the mail for credit card account closing, this is also no replay till now
I want to surrender my credit card

I have applied for the RBL credit Card,
almost month passed i did'nt get any card and i got the bill of 588.82 INR

Ive been making payment of 3900 rs every month but still not been credited to my card. When valled and ask to customer care they always come with some reason like gst, tax etc etc. So last month i made a payment of the same 3900 and i have nt used a single penny but still my credit limit has been deducted by 1000 rs... Veru worst. No clarification whatsoever......

I have achieved 16401 rewards points by using my rbl credit card so i wanted to redeem it now as i am trying to redeem it i am not able to book the product which i want because the product needs 17401 reward points so i selected the option points+cash then too they are not accepting my order as they are not accepting the remaing payment by credit card please look in this matter as fast as possible before the reward points expire....

This is inform you that i had three time call to your customer care for billing cycle change but no buddy responce me avery buddy shate me wrong information. They are telling me only one thing the payment has been not updated so this is not my folt if mu payment is not updated. And i had alredy paid my bill credit card bills before due date
And now i want to block the card asap.

Concern: not able to register in myrbl card app.

I complianed in play store then they told send an email to [protected]@rblbank.com. I sent an email with all necessary details to the mentioned email then they asked me to send all necessary details again then i sent all details.

Finally they told we can't help you as your email id is not registeredd with us and please contact our customer care number [protected].br...

Rbl executives are calling the customer talking # rubbish, like we borrow money by them and we are not giving them back.. Yesterday i got a call from delhi, number is [protected] that person is doing # rubbish abt the payment of my credit card, which due date is 12 may 2018. The card is over limit by rs 2000/- for which bank is charging over limit penalty also and am paying to them..

But i am receiving all time same error. I don't understand, why am i getting this error. Are this portal is fake? According to me this is not a genuine issue. Due to personal reason i relieved from my job, because of that, its very difficult to run our family. My application #ccj9g7dlhm for a titanium delight card was rejected after a confirmation from their sales team. They said "all your verification process and other internal checks are completed and you will receive the card approval message in few days". I am using rbl credit card from last 1 year. But due to poor services from the bank i decided to close my credit card account. I mailed that and got the confirmation that your request is under process and will be initiated. But after couple months i got the statement that please pay annual fees.
