Rblbank — Unauthorized credit check by RBL bank

RBLbank agents are calling me offering credit card and even though I have rejected the offer they are checking my credit score almost every day, also warned them not do to so but they don't stop. I'm getting OTP right after they disconnected the cal and OTP is from RBL bank.
It's ruining my credit score as they check my cibil almost everyday.
