I have rbl credit card ending with xx45 right now. And this card have membership fee of 3000+ Gst. Bank has upgrade my card in july 2021 and i have sent mail immediaty to [protected]@rblbank.com and talk to RBL bank customer care also. I have said them not to upgrade my card as i have received a text message containing details of membership charge 3000+ gst.
My old card ending with xx07 had limit of 110000 and new card has 300000....

Your collections teams are calling me and harassing me, they call 100 times a day and threaten to come home and beat me up . This is after i tried explaining to them the reason for delay and a commitment for the 15th March. i am cancelling the card anyways no need to have relationship with goons but this is not how u treat customers and is not a fiar practice . i requested customer service to stop calls but they took tickets and said calls...

RBLBank keeps on sending emails to me as described below.

" Payment For Your RBL Bank Credit Card ending with XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX2229 is due immediately. Hello RAVINDRA Below is the summary of your Credit Card outstanding. Total Amount Overdue: Rs. 868.59 Minimum Amount Due: Rs. 740.26 "

I am Sharwan Kumar j I have RBL monthly treats credit card .Without my knowledge you bank put the R shield insurance Rs.600/ I would not submit any form or documents to apply this insurance and also your bank staff could not be consult me about this insurance policy I am not pay this insurance amount please cancel this insurance and refund my amount to my card

RBLbank agents are calling me offering credit card and even though I have rejected the offer they are checking my credit score almost every day, also warned them not do to so but they don't stop. I'm getting OTP right after they disconnected the cal and OTP is from RBL bank.
It's ruining my credit score as they check my cibil almost everyday....

I am not join R shield insurance.but amount has debited in my credit card Rs 720 amount in 19 dec 2020.so cancel the insurance policy.pls credit the amount in my credit card....
