This is to inform one and all about RCOM's tactics at harassing people, even if they are not RCOM customers. One of their consumer's with subscription number [protected] has furnished wrong contact details with the company and instead of sending him ebills for payments, the RCOM collections guys call and send messages for bill payments, although I'm not a customer of theirs. I have informed the agents and their customer care umpteen number of times and the customer care is audacious enough to not take a request when I called them to rectify this. Once again, I AM NOT A CONSUMER OF RCOM's products or services and I am not the owner of the device or service related to the number furnished above.
I request the right authorities at RCOM to look into this matter at the earliest or face legal consequences.
