[Resolved] Rcom.in — regarding my issue not solved using this forum

I have raised a complaint regarding book my offer on 10/jun/2016 on this site. Till today the company has not showed any replied towards my issue, neither this forum helped me in getting solved my issue. i want to take this issue more forward and solve it. I have made a request to reliance customer care for termination of my data card services since March 2018 but I have not got any response from rcom .
I have also send emails to various email id as given on the website . I keep getting the bill for unused service. mails send to customer care for reference .
