Recently I am receiving mail that I won 15 lakhs as prize. This is really disgusting that publishers like RD are doing it. I am sure it is 100% fake. This is my request that please don't entertain such mails. These are nothing but spam which may affect your emails and other personal belongings.

I had made an annual subscription to Reader's Digest on March 19th 2017. And ever since I have received only 1 copy.
My emails to their customer support ([protected]@intoday.com) does not get any reply or response.
My web reference is RDCAR[protected].
They had even promised some free gifts along with it.
I would like them to either deliver the magazines and the free gift, or reimburse the entire amount of INR 711 back to me.

HI this is sameena from Bangalore i have register in lucky draw u have told me that i will get such a amount like 15, 000, 000/- or Chevrolet car but stil i did not get any answer from the readers digets company plz let me no the lucky draw when it happend i have paid a amount also for the book.RS-761/-I REQUESTED TO U TO PLZ INFORM ME WHEN IT HAPPEN..

I already registered a complaint against Reader's Digest regarding "the Magazines not received at my address. So proceed for the cancellation of my booking and refund the amount". After that I received a mail regarding the re-consideration of cancellation. But I surely confirmed the cancellation through mail. But till date any refund not credited.

So please strictly inform to the Readers Digest that "REFUND ONLY (No anymore email irresponsible reply)"

Myself Dhinakaran.S. I booked the Readers Digest magazine annual fee payment for Rs.711 dated 3rd Jan 2017 and Web subscription reference no: RDANN[protected]. But till date I didn’t get a single copy of magazine and I complain in the Readers Digest customer care (Toll-free:[protected], Phone: +[protected], Email: [protected]@intoday.com). But NO RESPONSE from them. Kindly look out this and solve the problem.

I had contacted your customer care also but the matter is not resolved from your end.

I made the payment for Reader's Digest subscription on January 17, 2017, however I did not receive any magazine on my given address. I complain to their customer care number[protected] many times but no action was taken. And later on February 4, 2017 I mailed to cancel my order and spoke to customer care also, they said they are transferring the email to email team to cancel the order and my money back, however, I did not get my money back for over the week time. On February 14, 2017 again I called to their customer care and on their advise I wrote again an email about the same and no response of their team has come yet neither the money have been received back till now.
The payment was of a nominal amount but this worried us when that well known brand does not take care of its customers. now I am afraid to make payment in future and never try to subscribe to Readers Digest specifically.

Reader digest making people fools by keep on sending mails like we are going to win prize money if we participate in that draw.
They mention to subscribe their magazine, and say if you subscribe you have more chances to win. I paid 750/- but no response in sweepstakes winner list which was held on jan22nd 2017.
Please take action immidiately.

I have their written comminication with me that, sweepstakes draw will be held on jan22nd 2017 and winner list will be updated in their website after first week of february and also on written requeat.

I kept almost 8mails to enclose winner list but no one has responded. I am one of the customer who paid 750/- only to participate sweepstakes but they are making people fools.

I have all the proof of their comminication till draw date and i dont understand weather reader digest available now or not

Please do nesscesary action on reader digest in making people to believe that they win big prize money.

I have not received a single copy of the readers digest magazine till date. I suscribed online in november"16 and was told the magazine wouldbe delivered in 4-6 weeks. In spite of written compliants and telephone conversations, all I have got is excuses and assurances, but not a single copy so far.
I thought I was dealing with a reputable organisation?????????
Can I hope the matter will be expeditiously addressed or am I to assume I have lost my money to some fly by night operator??

This bear reference to the above subscription no. I paid through ICICI credit card and after writting about 5 mails i was obliged by Reader Digest by 2 copies - August and September.I payed Rs. 711 within the letter by Credit Card. But upto till now I had not Received any three gifts of book from there side. PURCHASE DATE - Aug '9 2016.

Thereafter with all false promises from Reader's Digest to streamline the delivery and sorry for the inconvenience again the October issue has not been sent .

I have sent them too many mails and they are also responding to my mails but of no use...They do not have any designated person and everytime i receive mails in response to my complain from a different named person.

I do look forward to your help in this matter.

I have taken one year subscription no. RD [protected] and as per their scheme sweeptaker prize was declare. I was eligible to get Surprise Gift of Rs.3499/- . I have followed with them regularly and evertime they have given excuses like Blue Dart Courior is handling and I should contact Blue Dart or they will refer to concerned department etc. Now they have stopped responding. I was sending mail [protected]@intoday.com an at phone no. 0120/2469900/[protected]. They will redirect everytime to some other person. It appears the exercise of Sweeptakers etc is either not proper or fake.
Since it belonged to reputed group of India Today I believed them and wasted my time in following up with them. Please look into the matter.

After subscription, they sent copies if rd for 3 month. After that i didn't receive any copy from the last 3 month. I complained to customer care. They said they had sent the copies, since i didn't get that, they r sending duplicate copies but still i did not get any copy.
I enquired from local post office too. They said they hv not received any such copies

I had received a copy of reader's digest by VPP without subscribing on 1.6.2016.In my absence my office had paid Rs.749 to the postman and collected the reader's digest by VPP. On 2nd June 2016 I had raised a complain with their customer care bearing no. 3841103. They had promised to refund the amount within 4-6 weeks.I have waited patiently for 6 weeks and again contacted them several times by email. Every time I contacted them they would inform it would take 3-4 weeks to process the refund. It is today more than 14 weeks and I have not received any refund. It seems that the company is dragging the matter and unwilling to refund the subscription amount wrongfully collected by sending forcefully by VPP basis without subscribing.Kindly help me to get the refund back.

Reader's digest india has gone bankrupt and they make false claims to customers specially made by ashish bagga & team. make sure you cancel the subscription and the office of reader's digest india should be raided by income tax and should be shut down and also staff should be sent home and send ashish bagg to jail for making false claims, fraud, lying cheating. ashish bagga make sure that if the complaints we give are truth then i want rs. 20, 000 crore from rd india. and if not given by you i will make sure that ur sent to jail for next 200 yrs.

This is the second year i have been unable to enter the contest for a new
ipod at readers digest. They sent me to readersdigest.ca/ipodwith no place to enter the access code number.

In 2016 rd india has proved that it no.1 fraud firm that is cheating many citizens of india, they are a threat and the firm should be banned and closed down by 1st march 2016.

They are the biggest fraud and bankrupt for sending the sweeptakes prize envelope to customers and they issue and give the prize money to some one else of their own choice, i want the prize money of sweeptakes of rs. 20 crores with 15% service charge extra.
