Reader's Digest — Books sent which were not ordered

I have written 2 previous letters about the books you are sending to me. I did not order them. I do not want them. When I receive the books from you I write “Refused and Returned” on the unopened box and mail it back. We have been customers of Reader’s Digest for many, many years and have never had this trouble receiving unwanted items. If as the letter suggests Reader’s Digest puts us on the “seriously delinquent account” that will be fine. I will cancel the order I have for our subscription for the subscription of another member of my family and ask for my money back for the rest of the year.
