I recently purchased Realme GT Master Edition phone through flipkart on[protected]. But I'm suffering from excessive battery drain and overheating even with minimal usage. The IMEI number is [protected] / 07 . I have one year warranty for this phone. I suspect I have been provided with a defective model. I need this defective model to be replaced by a new and good device. I hope you will do the needful as soon as possible.
