My name is vikram. Regarding your FK Enterprises, Realme service centre in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, I want to complain. The consumers receive the worst service from that service centre. When we try to enter the centre, there is one man sitting in the door who speaks to clients like he is the owner and CEO of Realme and acts as though they are beggars and asking for him money. I observed some very dissatisfied saveral clients outside since he never let them to enter the service area.I went there to seek about a solution because my Realme Q buds, which are out of warranty as of April, are. When I presented the product's invoice and the nasty man refused to let me into the store, he advised me to buy a new one since the old one had expired and he couldn't allow you to enter. So, is it your strategy to only use service centres for warranties on goods that are used for a year at a time until you stop caring about them? In this situation, customers are unable to even access the service centre to enquire about products. Before this phenomenon, I was recommending realme phones and items to every friend and family member because I possess a number of them. But following this particularly grating response from the service centre, I completely revised my perspective on realme.
